With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. Our 58 m² holiday apartment is located in the annex of a historic farmhouse dating back to 1787. The building is situated in Geldern between Hartefeld and Vernum, surrounded by meadows and fields, almost in a secluded location. A parking space for your car is directly in front of the house. You reach the apartment via a steel staircase with a separate entrance and a wooden terrace, which invites you to have breakfast and relax in the sun.

This vacation home is located in the Eyll nature reserve. The house has an open living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, as well as a bathroom with shower and bathtub. There are 2 nice bedrooms and a small laundry room. The entire apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows equipped with fly screens and electric roller shutters. The house also includes a fenced garden with seating and a sauna house.
