Rental is located next to a busy road , if you are not comfortable with some traffic at certain times of the day then this may not be for you I would also note that this home is small inside but very comfortable . There is a cozy yard to relax in next to a fire pit and a table and chairs if you would like to eat outside. I will provide firewood for one night, and charcoal for grill for one night as well. Located 1/4 mile from home is a local place to purchase extra wood .

I was looking for some quiet after a stressful few months and something of a view. I love the water so I picked this place and it want a far drive from me. I felt at home and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could think of which was great because I really wanted to bake for myself and just do a great self care weekend which I did. Me and my pup got to have some alone time and hang by the water across the street at the gated off little beach. Hung out in the hammock and sat on the boat launch. Exactly what I needed. Definitely coming back !

Wonderful stay and such a unique experience in the Skoolie!!! The bus is really well maintained and sparkling clean, with well equipped mini kitchen, comfy beds, cozy living space! As we were transitioning into winter when we were there, I highly recommend taking extra sleeping bags as it can get cold during the night. Darren was a very responsive host and the location was great for hiking, without being too remote with very nice restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to return in the summer!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The private lake with boats provided was fantastic, and our family had a wonderful time exploring the water. The sauna and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a busy day, and the massage chair in the living room was an added bonus. The host was great—super friendly, responsive, and communicated excellently throughout our stay. The location is secluded and private, making it ideal for families with kids looking for a peaceful getaway. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended.

So, this space is an RV. I had never stayed in an RV, so there were a few things that I had to get used to. Firstly, the space is bigger than I had expected, which was a nice surprise. That said, the shower is incredibly tiny. Barely room to turn around, so be ready for that. The big difference is that this home is designed to be moved, so anything that can open and close has a very strong and sometimes complex locking system. Took a while to figure out how to open the fridge and the front door. Latches and doubly secure I assume so that nothing will open up while the home is in motion. The light switches are in odd places, the temperature control is a bit complex. Be sure to get clear instructions on using them. The RV has its own yard that is extremely well equipped. It's on a lovely creek. There's a gazebo and a fire pit and a swing, which are all nice additions for your stay.

Great location - easy to walk to the main strip that has restaurants. Short drive to gas, DD, bigger chain restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Small park few blocks away for the kids to play wiffle ball. Plenty of parking by the house. Easy drive to All-Star Village. House is equipped with everything you need. The house has beautiful stained glass windows and a lot of "old charm" to it. Lovely front porch to sit outside and enjoy coffee. But expect older appliances, flooring, cabinets, drawers, furniture, windows, bedding, etc. Everything was in working condition. House is spacious and easily accommodated us. We enjoyed our stay very much. Dave made it very easy, provided an early check in which was very helpful to get settled before the ASV parade. One of the families who has a younger son (who hopes he will also play at ASV in the future) already said she would book here again! Thanks Dave!

The Camilla Villa is one our new favorite places to stay in the area.The house was very clean and the location was perfect, about 10 minutes from Wallkill bethel. We had some winter precipitation during our stay and Camilla was quick to respond to any questions we had and provided what we needed for a safe, comfortable stay. I was looking for a quiet weekend away from the city and found it in this property. David was kind enough to show me a different property that wasn't booked, a more secluded and private location, which was exactly what I wanted. He made the switch with no trouble, provided farm fresh eggs and a stocked kitchen, etc. This isn't glamping but if you want a private, nature-y retreat with easy access to the Metro North, I highly recommend!

Beautiful, cozy, peaceful, and comfortable. Everything you could ever hope for in a place to stay outside of the city! We really enjoyed waking up to gorgeous views out of the huge windows, spending our days enjoying nearby hiking trails and exploring quaint towns, and wound down every night with a few games of pool and relaxing in the outdoor jacuzzi. Absolutely loved our stay and hope to come back again!
