Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Kerhonkson

Really great space! Our dog absolutely loved playing fetch on the front lawn, and I was very pleasantly surprised by the sauna. I’m normally dubious of Airbnb saunas, but it was spotless, new, worked perfectly, and was a real surprise and delight of the stay.

The house met all expectations everything is stylishly done, and the host is incredibly responsive and helpful 🤍

This beautiful house in the woods was even better than expected - incredibly private, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. We loved just relaxing to the sounds of the nearby creek and playing music on the vinyl player - such a special touch. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. It’s also not far from Minnewaska State Park, which made hiking super convenient. Couldn’t have asked for more. We’d love to come back!

No notes, incredible escape even in the pouring rain. The ambience, even down to the little things like walking through the door to classical music, was truly top notch.

Edina and Glen's house was beautiful, spacious, and pristine. It was the perfect setting for a "girls weekend". The grounds were stunning, and made for a great setting. Very close to town, shopping, and wonderful restaurants. We really appreciated that our hosts were very proactive in reaching out and making all instructions clear. We had a great stay at Katie’s cozy mountain house. From the patio, we were able to watch the birds and the deer pass by, and the house gave us easy access to some awesome hikes and cute villages. It was super relaxing and a wonderful time in the beautiful Catskills! Thank you, Katie!

Emily’s home was cozy, and quiet. Just what we needed after long hiking days and to get a bit of work done. Everything was accessible and easy to find within the home and around the area. Being dog friendly was a huge plus! We will certainly be back in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at Carin's apartment. Rooms were spacious, and the apartment was spotless. It was located 1.2 miles from the historic Kingston Stockade area and even closer to the historic Roundout area. The people of Kingston were extremely nice, and our hostess, Carin, was no exception. She made our stay there comfortable and pleasant. I will most certainly return to her place if I have to travel to Kingston again. P.S. If this is your first time in Kingston and you are interested in the town's history, you may want to check the Friends of Kingston Historic Society site and download its self-guided tours.

Ami’s place was great! Stayed for my birthday and was surprised with a delicious tres leche cake upon my arrival! The view was incredible, amenities were amazing, overall it was everything I hoped for and more. Thanks Ami!

Our group went on a hiking trip to Beacon, and this was a nice stay, though about 20+ minutes to town. But we didn't mind the drive! It felt very safe and the second floor of the farmhouse was a peaceful retreat! The hosts were super responsive. The house was clean, beds were very comfortable, and the house was full of books and character! You can tell the hosts put a lot of love in decorating, making each space feel thought through and unique. The 2.5 bathrooms was nice for our group of 4 ladies! Thanks again!

We had a wonderful stay at Katherine’s beautiful cottage in Kingston. The home was cozy, clean and thoughtfully decorated ~ truly a perfect retreat. Surrounded by nature, the peaceful setting made it easy to relax and unwind. Katherine was a warm and responsive host, making everything seamless from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the charm of the Hudson Valley!

It’s been a little over a week since we stayed here and I cannot stop thinking about it. The pictures in this listing are beautiful but the space is even more incredible in person. I also spent a lot of time sitting on the deck and taking in the view of the mountains - so peaceful! The attention to detail here is unmatched. From check in to checkout, everything is very clear. Communication was great. The guidebook is thorough. And, again, the space really is so well done. You can enjoy the beautiful surroundings even indoors. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I've stayed here. To be able to enjoy the expansive view and serenity from a seat in the garden is enormous. Carl is on site and responds immediately if needed, but the apartment is quite private and independent from his house. One caveat: there is no communal living room. there is the communal kitchen but for indoor lounging, you will be in the bedrooms. for me, it's a no-brainer trade off for the spectacular outdoor space. I'll be back!

The Modena House was perfect for our trip. We wished we had the chance to enjoy the outdoor aspect a little more, however time and weather didn’t cooperate with us. The place is adorable, a great kitchen, nicely decorated sitting room, bathroom and bedroom made for a lovely stay. The hosts are top notch! We hope to stay again in the future if we are in the area. A charming home, convenient to Woodstock and Phoenicia. We enjoyed the quiet, wooded setting (from inside you can hardly tell there are neighbors) and the cabin-like feel. Everything was very clean, Nickie's instructions to access the home were clear, and we very much appreciated that the place was dog friendly and that the main bedroom and the bathroom are on the main floor. The deck also has a gate, so had it not been so rainy, our dog could have hung out with us outside.

Had an incredible stay here. Ran into a few issues with the a/c & plumbing, but Dariusz responded immediately and was extremely helpful. The area is beautiful and the house was amazing. Felt really safe and it was the perfect spot for me my sister and two dogs. Would definitely book this spot again. The location was great, close enough to do things but just far enough to have some alone time!

Cozy place for a peaceful getaway. We enjoyed a hike and stayed in Edwin’s cabin to extend the adventure. Would recommend to anyone looking for a private, cozy place to unwind.

I found the place to be cozy and clean. I enjoyed the big windows and the view. The place, in my view, is ideal for 1-2 people. There is a second cabin nearby and a not-so-busy road behind the house, so you can hear people's voices and occasional cars (a note for those for whom it's important). I hiked in the Mohonk Preserve, which is about 40 minutes' driving from the cabin. The driving was pleasant, with a lot of greenery on the way and minimal traffic. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this little cozy place :)

Jessica's cabin was a perfect place to stay for a relaxing night. I did not want to leave. So many thoughtful touches to the house (excellent library!), very clean, and the surroundings were unbeatable. Jessica was kind and responsive, too. I'll definitely come again!
