Enjoy all that Ky Lake area has to offer! Condo is located at Big Bear Resort. It has an open concept living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths & fully equipped kitchen. The living space extends to the deck, overlooking the lake, with additional seating & gas grill. There are queen beds in 2 of the bedrooms; 2 full beds in the third. Washer/dryer are available for your use. The condo is a one-floor unit, with 3 parking spaces (one at the front door; 2 in the rear). There are 3 stairs at the front.

Our Lakehouse is perfect for families. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 queen rooms, 1 bunk room that sleeps 6. The home is perfectly split with two bedrooms, 1 bath and family room upstairs and additional 3 bedrooms, 1 bath with extra family room downstairs. Screened in patio overlooking lake view with TV. Large, partially covered deck with steps that lead down to the dock. Large fire pit area for smores, extra outdoor sectional with fire pit table for lounging. There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.
