The space is about 900sqft; 1 bathroom, king bedroom, queen bedroom, queen pull-out couch, and an additional room in which a twin bed can be put (upon request). It will comfortably hold 4 adults, but will accommodate up to 7.

Take a walk to the historic Mill Pond Dam or to Tideline Public House (food truck park). This efficient space is for 1-2 people, with one queen bed available.

This is a fully furnished guest suite with 900 square feet of comfortable living space and a private front entrance. It is within walking distance to Phillips Exeter Academy, beautiful Downtown Exeter and the Amtrack train station. No pets allowed. Please take note: There is a train that passes by periodically and can be loud. Parking space for 1 car in winter and 2 in summer months.
