We loved staying at Jason‘s beautiful house and had a very peaceful and relaxing time there. The view is stunning and you can people watch or see the sunset right from the roof terrace. The neighborhood is picturesque and everything can be found in walking distance.

My family and I enjoyed it as if I were in my own villa and the owner was very friendly and responsive on the phone. He was with us from the very beginning to the end. We were with us from the beginning to the end. We were very pleased with the accommodation and excellent treatment.

Rachid is a very friendly and accommodating host. The accommodation is atypical and charming. The terrace offers panoramic views of the river, the Kasbah of the Oudayas and the Medina. The location is exceptional!! We highly recommend Rachid's charming home.

Had a very nice stay. Views were stunning, we overlooked the Atlantic ocean. In this way, I wake up to everyone. Amina was very kind and proactive. We were asked several times if we had a good time and if we needed anything else. I recommend everyone to stay here, the center of Rabat is in a driving distance (15-20 min). Thank you Amina for the good care, we will definitely come back again.

It was very clean and spacious, close to the attractions. The place has a cute Super Mario theme and is very colorful. Host was responsive and provided very clear instructions.

Kawtar and her husband are great hosts, smooth communication and even orange juice, cookies and water on the dining table for our arrival. Warmly recommended. It’s a quiet neighbourhood and even though it’s close to the main road there is very little noise. Your next to the sea in 2min on foot, absolutely brilliant. Would go back with no hesitation.

This is a great location for most of the big draws in Rabat. Easy walk to the Medina and coast as well as the city museums and locations. The host is very responsive and accommodating.

We had a great stay . The apartment is super clean , super comfortable and the terrace is fabulous . You can walk from here to everywhere or jump on the tram . Supermarket and booze shop are not too far away We would have stayed longer if the apartment wasn’t already booked . My only gripe and it applies to most airbnbs .. we choose an airbnb so we might cook for a night or two . But on a short stay you don’t carry oil , salt , pepper, tea , coffee . It would be nice if airbnb owners included more basics We really enjoyed our stay and Thomas was super nice

Location is a typical Moroccan city neighbourhood, well away from touristy areas, with street traders passing by all day long, a kindergarten on the ground floor and the call to prayer of nearby mosques. It is spacious, with a traditional living room. The large terrace faces NE and gets little sunshine, but I was still able to sit out on it, even in winter. It must be wonderful in hotter months. Crockery was a bit sparse but all the domestic appliances worked fine. Avoid the washing machine's 'very dirty' cycle, which is quite aggressive. The shower was wonderful. Salé Medina is close, a good source of fresh food, and there are plenty of small shops nearby. The butcher just around the corner is excellent. Rabat is easily accessible by tram. Taoufiq didn't always see first messages quickly, but once he knew there was something to deal with, he did it as fast as possible. Downsides: The internet is super slow. It's a bit chilly, especially on colder days, despite the fan heater.

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was stunning with an incredible view of the city of Rabat. Perfectly located—just a short distance from major attractions and very close to the train station, making it super convenient to get around. Yassine was a fantastic host, always responsive and thoughtful. He even left a lovely gift, which was such a kind gesture. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rabat

The host was gracious to allow me to check in a bit early upon my arrival to this lovely apartment. I stayed 2 nights in this top floor apartment with a terrace that has unobstructed views of the Medina. It is a beautifully appointed and comfortable place to stay in Rabat. The place was thoroughly cleaned and had a slight fresh scent throughout. I found the bed to be softer than most in Morocco which was fine for me. Both bathrooms were modern and very clean. The shower was spacious and had great water pressure. As I was only there for 2 days I did not take advantage of the kitchen which seems to have everything one would need to make their own meals. It had a comfortable and relaxing stay and would highly recommend this place to others.

Youssef is a great host, kind, courteous, available and accommodating. They care about the well-being of their guests. He made a lot of suggestions and was very helpful. He responds quickly. The accommodation is large, beautiful, very clean. There are 2 bathrooms and a balcony. The bed is comfortable. Very well located. Walking distance from the train station, the Medina and if you walk a little, pretty much everything is on foot: we didn't even need taxis. We recommend it unreservedly.

Very pleasant stay at Mohamed's

We loved Fatiha’s place so much that we decided to book again for the remainder of our trip here in Morocco. The cleanliness of the home is something I greatly appreciated and in my opinion unmatched in the area. The close access to the beach, nearby restaurants, and security made us so comfortable. This home is definitely one we will keep returning to in future visits. Thank you Faitha and Guido for your hospitality and lovely home!!

We had a fun time! Thierry is very warm, attentive and gives good advice. The accommodation is even prettier in the photos, spacious and very well ventilated! We were afraid of being hot, the sea air is 100 times better than air conditioning! The daily sea view from the terrace was amazing! The residence is very secure. There are several restaurants nearby & overlooking the beach. NB: It is almost essential to have a vehicle to stay in the area. Remember to do some shopping on the way. We would highly recommend!!!

I had a really great stay and I would come back here again if back in Rabat soon, as it was right in the middle of the ocean quarter, near a tram station place-de-russie, and a short walk to the coast and the medina I felt very comfortable in the apartment, and the friendly security man even helped me find my apartment when I first walked into the complex There is a lovely cafe across the road which is open early morning to late night which did good coffee and food
