There is an efficient wood stove, 2 winter sleeping bags (Catharina Defence 6) with associated sheet bags, as well as regular duvets and pillows, blankets/blankets, etc. Fireplace that can be used whenever the weather permits. The cottage is 500 meters from the farm (access by car) where you can use your private bathroom, toilet. incl. firewood/charcoal.

The house is located on the eastern part of the island in the Kromose area. A quiet beach facing the Wadden Sea to the east, which is part of UNESCO's natural heritage, is only 500 meters walking distance on a path. Enjoy your morning coffee and tranquility on one of the lovely terraces or on the covered terrace. There is a great opportunity to see the northern lights in the winter months.

One dog is also welcome. All North Frisian islands (Sylt, Föhr, Amrum) and Halligen (e.g. Hooge, Gröde, Langeness) as well as the islands of Pellworm and Römö in Denmark are easily accessible by day trip by car, train or boat.

A private parking space that is more than generous is available right in front of the house. The house has a spacious living space with an open living and dining area. The apartment was completely renovated in 2023 in the basement and in the spring of 2024 on the first floor. Therefore, some of the interior does not yet have pictures. The apartment is at one of the narrowest points of the island in Rantum. In about 5 minutes' walk you are on the sea side or on the mudflat side. The unit has its own garden area with beach chair. Pool is available from May to approx. mid-September.
