air bnb had house on here but when we got it while traveling but the house was already rented and haven't received our full refund yet

This house was the perfect little house for our trip. Between the little touches like snacks or makeup towels, cleanliness, and comforts it was a very relaxing stay! We will be staying there again in the future!

Justin was a great host and overall our stay went very well. This was a unique visit for us as the home used to be owned by my girlfriend's grandmother for decades but was sold many years ago. She and her siblings really enjoyed the updates to the home and loved the bathroom. The small issues we ran into were primarily cleanliness and some needed TLC. The house was generally clean but needed a more thorough cleaning as there was pretty significant pet hair on the couch and floor, and the bathroom was pretty dirty. Additionally, both mattresses make a lot of noise when laying on them. The front bedroom mattress was extremely squeaky and kept waking people up every time we moved on it. Not ideal for those that rotate in bed a lot. It made for a rough couple nights of sleep. Lastly, the driveway is not ideal as it is not wide enough for initial entry and the curbs are like a foot tall. Again, overall a great trip, it just needs some extra care on a few items.

This was a great experience! The place was cozy and clean. The neighborhood was quiet. There was plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!

What a charming home! We loved swinging on the front porch swing. The neighborhood was fun to walk. Downtown and parks are walkable. We were there for a wedding at the Marland Mansion, so the location was great. And the weather was amazing while we were there. We had a wonderful stay!

Was so bummed to have to leave early! Got to stay just a bit and I’ll tell you, this is one comfy spot! Nice neighbors too!

It was absolutely perfect! Things were easy to operate & the host was very fast at responding to any questions! Definitely worth the money!

We were in town for a wedding and James’s place was perfect for our stay. Beds were comfy and the place was clean. We will stay here again next time we find ourselves in Ponca City. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time and felt immediately at home. Right when we walked in we read the personal card that was left for us, welcoming to our home away from home! The kids enjoyed the thoughtful treats that were left. The beds are comfortable with the perfect amount of blankets. We would definitely stay here again and appreciate the thoughtfulness and attention that is put into this home :)

The place was great, came stocked with snacks and our hosts communicated promptly and supplied us with everything we needed. Would stay again!

The host was extremely accommodating with our check-in and check-out times, which made our stay incredibly convenient. The property has a storm shelter/basement, which adds peace of mind. The spacious parking and carport were a huge plus, and the cute decor gave the place such a charming, cozy vibe.

Liked the house. Comfortable. Great shower. She just added a gazebo which made it nice to sit outside. Lots of shade from the huge tree.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was so cute and had everything we needed and more. It was clear that everything was very well thought out. We will definitely come back next time we’re in Ponca!
