We stayed with 2 adults and 6 children (5-2 years old). It was a renovated, very stylish, and relaxing space. The futons are also clean, and for the mattress I had a nice rest without worrying about falling. The bath is also spacious and shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are also provided. It was very helpful that they prepared makeup remover and facial cleanser. There were more than enough other amenities. Sound level meter?There were some, but there was no problem with the usual, and on the contrary, the children were careful because they could see them lol (I was also able to easily give the children warnings lol) The whole house was very clean and pleasant. The location and parking lot were also carefully described, so I was able to get there without getting lost. Very spacious and great with kids since they can run around and there are no downstairs neighbors to worry about.

Got everything you need in the house, nice and clean, air con and heater in every room. Host is so nice. He helped us to call taxi in the last day. Definitely good place to stay for big group of family.

They were inexpensive and helpful It was nice to be in the hot spring.

We were not going to make it to the accommodation until later in the evening. We let the host know and they were very responsive and understanding. Given the directions from the host and using Google maps, it was very easy to find even in the dark. The house was very clean and seemed to be recently updated. Western toilet and in ground bathtub were a plus. We didn't stay long but we definitely enjoyed it!

The apartment is very closed to bus stop to Sendai station and the bus only takes less than 25 mins traveling time. Walking to restaurants and subway is not too far away, around 15 - 17 mins. Takashi also provides parking so it is very convenient to most travellers. I will definitely going back in my future trips.
