This recently renovated 3 bedroom house is located on 330 acres of private farmland. We rescued the French doors, sarking, weatherboards, windows, flooring and shower fittings, then used them to build a space nestled into the forest slope, so that with all sets of French doors open, you're not looking down at the canopy. You're living inside it. Everything has had a life before this place. You can feel it.

Our Apartment is situated within walking distance of two beaches, cafes, bars and nightlife in Paihia. It is only a 5 minute walk to where you can hire bikes, kayaks and sailboards. A further 5 minutes will have you arriving at the centre of town where you will be able to book fishing trips, parasailing, ferry ride to Russell and scenic helicopter flights over the Bay of Islands.
