My family and I stayed in Mayumi's place for 4 nights. The property was clean and the host provided us freebies when we arrived. Mayumi and her husband were very responsive and kind. I like this place because it's close to places of interest, i.e. Shinjuku and Shibuya, via train, but it is in a residential area. It is also right across the JR train station, so it's easy to go around and travel. There are stores and restaurants in the area, so it's easy to go out for food and basic needs. We recommend this place for families!

This place was perfect for us as a family of 3 travelling with a small baby. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, and has a lot more space than other places we looked at on Airbnb. Ueno Park, Asakusa Shrine and Akihabara are right around the corner, and as for other attractions (e.g., Shibuya and Shinjuku) it’s easy enough to get around in Tokyo anyway via train or taxi. Such a great price for the comfort, absolutely recommend.

2명이서 지내는데 대만족하며 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 가스레인지,포트,전자레인지,냉장고 다 있구요 여름이라 땀에 쩔어왔는데 세탁기, 건조기가 있어 너무 좋았습니다! 에어컨도 냄새 안나고 잘 작동됐습니다! 화장실은 깨끗하고 넓직해서 좋았어요 욕실은 딱 일본식 욕실입니다! 청소가 잘 되어있어 쾌적했습니다. tv도 유튜브나 넷플 연결 가능한 거라 잘 사용하고 왔습니다👍 이층침대지만 이동식 서브 베드가 있어서 굳 2층 안 올라가고 편하게 잘 지내다 왔습니다~ 조용하지만 있을 건 다 있는 동네예요🫶 주변에 편의점 다 있고 건물 바로 앞에 슈퍼와 드럭스토어가 있어 매우 좋았습니다. 역근처에도 식당이나 다이소, 대형 마트가 있었습니다!! 우에노/닛포리가 전철로 10분 정도라 공항에서 오기 편했습니다! 시부야,신주쿠,아사쿠사는 30분~ 1시간 내/ 아키하바라,이케부쿠로,우에노는 20분 내라 다니기 너무 좋았습니다!!♥️ 다음에 또 이용할 예정입니다!!

Lovely place to stay, super clean, plenty of clean towels, shower gel/shampoo provided, amenities great. Lots of 7-11s or equivalent around. Short walk to metro station and easy to get anywhere on the underground, including the airport. TK was responsive, helpful and generous. Can’t fault our stay (3 adults) and would definitely recommend.

The home was peaceful, clean, and aesthetically appealing. All the amenities we needed were available, and the instructions on how to use the appliances were clear. It was tiring walking back to the house after a long day of touring, but the location is still great given that the area was not short of restaurants, groceries, and drugstores. Our hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. They granted our request for early check-in and provided a storage for us to leave our luggages after check-out.

家族3人（大人2名・子供1名）で利用させていただきました。お部屋はとても清潔で、設備も充実しており、快適に過ごすことができました。子供の寝相が悪いのですが、ベビーガードも設置されていたので、安心して寝かす事が出来ました。キッチン用品やアメニティも十分揃っていて、子供連れでも安心して滞在できました。 近隣にはコンビニや飲食店もあり立地も良好でした。チェックイン・チェックアウトも解りやすく、ホストの方の対応も丁寧で安心感がありました。 また機会があればぜひ利用させていただきたいと思います。ありがとうございました！

房东很好的品味，房间里有很多漂亮的餐具和装饰。房间虽然不大，但是功能齐全，干净整洁。房子位置非常好，闹中取静，生活很方便。周围环境也很好，两个车站都很近。有家的温馨和美好。

Probably one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at and an even better host. Could not recommend this place enough!!!

This was my very first Airbnb experience, and we were extremely satisfied. Communication was very good and Takashi also speaks very good English what makes everything easier for those who cant speak Japanese. What I particularly liked was his constant friendliness and his willingness to help in every way. As others have already written, we were picked up from the train station and dropped off again on our departure. If you're coming from Haneda or need to leave there, it's very convenient to take the shuttle bus for a small fee. So, if you're looking for good accommodation at a very good price, I just can recommend it, this is the place for you. And don't forget the view from the rooftop. Especially in the evening is it simply magnificent.

The place had everything we needed and the host went above and beyond to accommodate our family and children. We loved the park down the street and how quiet the area was. Also, very convenient with a grocery store a 2 minute walk away and a 711 around the corner.

The instruction book was a huge help, black out shutters make sleeping super easy. Quiet and peaceful area

非常好的住宿体验！从机场一下来有点晕乎乎的不知道怎么转线，询问房东也回复的非常及时和仔细，快到的时候就看到有员工在向我们招手，热情的帮我们搬行李，房子离地铁站不远，周围都比较安静，但是便利店很齐全，感觉挺安全的，这两天我们两个女孩子都玩到很晚才回，路上都还有下班族，房子真的很新，超级干净卫生，而且还很贴心的准备了一次性用品和牙刷牙膏等，洗澡的水温水量都很合适，提供的洗发水沐浴露也香香的很好用！床也很好睡，东京的这两天我们几乎都在暴走，有一个干净又睡得舒适的房间真的太重要了～以后回想起东京的美好记忆一定会想起民宿的舒适体验和热情的房东～祝好😄

We had a great stay at this apartment in Kita City, Japan. Sozo, the hostess provided clear and helpful instructions on how to get to the apartment and where to pick up the key, which made our arrival very smooth. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, and having a laundry washer in the unit was a big plus during our stay. The location was convenient—close to several amenities, making it easy to explore the area. The hostess was always responsive and available whenever we had questions. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend this place to others!

매우 만족한 도쿄 숙소였습니다. 4인가족 지내는데 방, 화장실 다 나눠져 있어 좋았고 스카이라이너 타고 오기 좋습니다. 매우 청결하고 3박이라 수건걱정을 했는데 매우 넉넉하게 수건을 제공해주었습니다. 또 온다면 머물고 싶어요!!

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

Had an amazing stay with Masa. Wanted something a little farther from the main city for my trip next to a train and this location was perfect. Very nice and peaceful and Masa was very responsive as a host. Highly recommend thank you!!!

조용한 숙소에서 머물고 싶었는데 방음도 잘 되고 아늑한 숙소입니다. 두 명이 묵기에 딱 적당한 것 같아요. 제가 위치를 헷갈려서 처음에 길을 잘못 찾아가긴 했지만, 연락을 드리니 빠르게 답변해 주신 덕분에 숙소를 금방 찾을 수 있었습니다. 숙소 이름과 방을 말하면 웰컴 드링크 커피를 제공해 주시는 카페도 근처에 있어서 잘 이용했습니다. 미노와역과 버스 정류장도 도보로 멀지 않은 거리에 있어 대중교통을 이용하기에도 괜찮은 위치라고 생각합니다. 다만 편의점이 아주 근처에 있진 않습니다. 그래도 왔다갔다 하기 나쁘지 않은 거리예요. 스카이트리까지 걸어가기는 좀 멀고 아사쿠사까지 걸어가기에 괜찮습니다. 모든 필요한 물품이 다 구비되어 있어 좋았습니다만...! 침대에서 삐걱거리는 소리가 좀 납니다. 저는 그런 소리를 크게 신경 쓰는 편이 아니라 괜찮았지만 예민하신 분들은 신경 쓰일 것 같긴 합니다. 그리고 창문이 없어서 그런지 방이 습하다는 느낌이 있습니다. 꿉꿉하다는 느낌은 아니고, 자고 일어났을 때 건조해서 목이 아픈 것보다는 오히려 이쪽이 더 낫다는 느낌입니다. 불을 껐을 때 빛이 전체적으로 차단돼서 꿀잠 잘 수 있어요. 공용공간에서 드립커피를 내려 마시거나 물을 끓여서 라면도 먹을 수 있습니다. 저는 커피랑 라면 정도만 먹었는데 공용공간을 잘 활용하실 수 있는 분들이라면 이것저것 해보실 수 있을 것 같습니다. 도쿄역이나 신주쿠역쪽은 가격대가 좀 있을 것 같아서 우에노 근방을 고르게 됐는데 가격대도 부담스럽지 않고 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 감사합니다.

After a long day of traveling from city to city, it was very convenient for us to do a self check-in at Shunki’s Airbnb in the evening! The space was cozy and we felt comfortable for our last night in Tokyo! Also, the host was friendly and responsive. We recommend staying at this place!

Great value. It was nice to be a little out of the main tourist areas, but still have easy access to restaurants and train stations. The bed was comfy and the room was well-equipped.
