My stay at Sanjog's place was absolutely perfect! The house is beautiful and Sanjog and his family are so kind. They welcome you with open arms. I felt like I was part of a real Nepali family for a brief time. It was a wonderful experience. The room is very clean and has everything a western traveler needs. I felt I could really rest and reset my battery, but the best about this Airbnb is Sanjog himself. He is such a kind and humble person and speaks english very well. He showed us the most beautiful places, and took us on a wonderful tour because he is also a really good guide. I will definitely come back for a longer stay. I will miss your family and your great sense of humor Sanjog! Take care

Our stay here was wonderful! It is a small paradise, a beautiful place among the fields around Bhaktapur. It is built with a lot of dedication and eye for atmosphere and detail. There is delicious cooking by Mohan and Mohan and the lovely woman (whose name I still don't know so well) are always in front of you to help you. I would recommend this stay to anyone! (Except if you have difficulty walking)

I'm very grateful to stay at Dhruba's place for two weeks. Your family is Amazing! Positiveness, happiness, caring, enjoying the life together. That's what Dhruba's family is made from. Foods in Menuka's kitchen is always delicious and fresh. Little bit spicy but that's how it is best. I'm gonna miss Dhal Bhat ;( Seema's tea is also the best in a world and middle hills views from balcony are stunning beautiful. During the stay I also met plenty of other family members, villagers and amazing travellers. Everyone here were always friendly for me so you really feel yourself welcome. We even decided to do trek together with this group of italians, went to Langtang for week and left our stuff to guesthouse :) If you want big city lights, noice and drink beer until morning, Dhruba's house is not for you. But if you want to stay countryside beautiful lovely village, see real Nepal culture and enjoy the life, this is your choice number 1. I wish we could rate this stay 1 million stars. The place itself is absolutely pristine, beautiful finishes to the room, a very welcomed heater for the cold nights. But the best part about a good stay is almost always the humans behind it. Sanu and Laxman were so absolutely wonderful. We felt so cared for, and it really was a joy to be around them. Breakfast in the morning made from scratch (yes, even the amazing bread) by Sanu, was thoughtfully served, and absolutely delicious. Bhaktapur is an amazing city. We stayed four nights, and could have stayed a month without seeing and learning everything there is to see and learn about. It's a city full of ceremony and tradition, and the ancient beautiful buildings lend an air of the mystic. When we come back, which I really hope we will soon, I would not hesitate to book here again. Just an all-around fantastic experience with such wonderful, caring hosts.

Thank you so much Taleju Grand Team I enjoyed my stay. The room was so clean and comfortable, with a desk to finish work online and good internet. The location is in Durbar square with a nice rooftop and delicious breakfast provided. Just next door is The Muglan, that had daily lovely life music that ends at 9pm, that you can watch from the rooftop or go and enjoy a delicious meal and a good vibe. Special thanks to Suman who helped me book my bus to Chitwan, to the lovely reception lady, Punam who was always cheerful and supportive and the kitchen team for the delicious breakfast. Highly recommended and I will come again while in Bhaktapur 🙏✨🌞

We had such a blissful time at Milla Guesthouse - It was our first holiday together as a new family, with our 9 month old son, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The guesthouse is gorgeous, and our lovely room had everything we needed - we particularly enjoyed sitting up on the roof terrace and watching the sun set over the valley. I travel internationally a lot for work and this was the best guesthouse i have ever stayed at. My husband and I also loved chatting with Laxman dai and Sanu aunty, who were so warm and welcoming. They made us feel incredibly comfortable and took so much care playing with our son. We really appreciated it! We can't wait to come back again.

Hari and his family are great hosts. They were really friendly and we really enjoyed spending time with them. Our 5 year old son loved to spend time with Hari's son who was really protective and caring. Also, the room is great, spacious and clean. And the location of Hari's place is ideal to visit Bhaktapur. If we ever come back in this beautiful city, we would love to stay again with them.
