Gårdshuset ligger lugnt och inbäddat i grönska. Ni får en egen trädgård att njuta i, givetvis finns även en grill tillgänglig. Här kan ni njuta av skogarna, Båven och har nära till alla sevärdheter i Sörmland. 7min gångavstånd till sjön Båven där ni disponerar privat brygga. Liten motorbåt finns att använda mot avgift, båtvana krävs.

En ny Villa Sanda. Den här huset ligger högt med utsikt över Mälaren och områdets badstrand som ni har tillgång till. Stor tomt med stora altaner runt hela huset, Spa, Orangeri här finns det även bastu. Huset är på 200 kvm och har stor altan med härlig kvälls sol och utsikt över vattnet, direkt ifrån köket samt 2 balkonger. Strängnäs Centrum ca 10 - 15 minuter ifrån. Stort vardagsrum som är öppen mot köket med strålande utsikt mot vattnet. Absolut det bästa alternativet, hjärtligt välkomna.
