Vacation rentals with a patio in Katoomba

Darren & Deb were so welcoming and inclusive, helpful, fun, entertaining and really down to earth! Introduced their family and welcomed us to the live music night onsite! We swam off the jetty went in the boat saw the horses next door and drove to Windsor races too. We had cocktails in the sun on the balcony as well! Thankyou guys for a nostalgic waterskiing visit to The Hawkesbury! WE LOVE THE SPEEDBOAT BAR TOO! 🥳😎

We stayed at Glenn & Ashley’s, whilst my kids were at a sporting event at Anne Aquilina Reserve, (it was only a 15-20 minute drive most days, & an easy run; would highly recommend to stay here for any other families, with future sporting events). The apartment was absolutely immaculate, & had everything we needed; including cooking utensils, cleaning products, extra towels/linen & easy to use washing machine, dryer & dishwasher. The large bedrooms offered a retreat for my kids to unwind & have their own space, whilst I sat down with a book & a wine on the balcony & my husband watched the footy in the lounge room 🙌 G&A were amazing hosts; suggesting places to go & checking in to ensure we didn’t need anything more. This apartment felt like a home away from home, & if it isn’t obvious already, I would most definitely & highly recommend to stay here. Thank you for our stay, Glenn and Ashley 😊

Celebrating my 21st at Rose Lindsay Cottage was the perfect choice! Danny and Annette were amazing hosts, with a great attention to detail that made our stay so special. Liam's place is wonderful, pet-friendly, very close to station as well as shopping district in a walking distance. It is located next to hiking trail as well. He also very proactive and communicative with the instruction to find the unit. Would definitely recommend staying in his place.

Noelene and Kerry's place was exactly what I was looking for to help wind down and relax for a few nights. I was greeted with a breakfast basket containing sour dough bread, muffins, jams, granola, and fresh fruits which was all delicious. Their extremely clean place was equipped with soft pillows and a comfy bed, warm linen, towels and bathroom amenities, and a well stocked pantry. The ambiance of their place feels warm and peaceful when the fireplace and lamps are on. This really sets the mood for a quiet place to relax and recharge. I would definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to think twice about it. Thanks for a warm and hearty stay... =)

We had a fantastic stay at Jenny's place. Beautiful apartment with all the comforts of home. Easy check-in and wonderful communication. Highly recommend Jenny's place when staying in the Mount Druitt area.

We loved staying at Barry’s place in Katoomba. The home is spacious & very well appointed. We really appreciated the kitchen with so many extras and they have thought of EVERYTHING - chargers to borrow, choccy biscuits on arrival and the heater already on! Highly recommend Barry’s place :)

Laurelle was a very responsive host, who was organised and friendly to deal with. The home was comfortable, spacious and clean, and felt private and secure.

Sunny was absolutely fantastic. We arrived to. Beautiful note, we are so glad we stayed here and we would 100 percent return next time we are down of sunny would have us. The home is immaculate, I cannot describe how clean the home is, it’s beautiful. We honestly did not expect this quality and care from an air bnb. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the western suburbs of Sydney to stay here even if you need to travel a bit to get to larger shops it’s so worth it. If serenity isn’t your thing, this may not be the place for you. We came to Wentworth Falls seeking peace and quiet – and from the moment we arrived at Viewpoint, we found exactly that. Endless serenity stretched across the Blue Mountains, with sweeping views that captured why this region is so famous. From every window, it felt as though the mountains were breathing calm right into us. Although the weather was bitterly cold – “feels like” temps hovering below zero for most of our 5-day, 4-night stay – we remained wonderfully cosy thanks to the gorgeously warm wood fire. Ample wood was supplied, and the fire became the glowing heart of our mountain retreat. From Viewpoint, we explored places we had never ventured to on previous trips: the Megalong Valley, Minnie Haha Falls, and the breathtaking Lincoln Rock. Each day was an adventure, and each evening a chance to unwind in true comfort.

Such a peaceful and beautiful spot. It really felt like a home away from home—perfect for disconnecting and spending quality time with family. The place is super cozy, and all the little touches were clearly thought out to help you slow down and relax. Already looking forward to coming back!

We loved our stay at Cherry Tree Cottage. The place was easy to find and the host gave great, easy instructions on how to get in and how to use the appliances. The house was very clean and tidy with all the amenities you could need for a weekend away. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Elle’s place, she was very proactive and helpful, and generously let us know that the place happened to be available early and not requiring rapid turnover after so we could enjoy a leisurely checkout time. Unfortunately we didn’t look at the listing in as much detail and hadn’t realised the outdoor bath was small and not a multi-person spa, and the deck being detached from the house in combination with the cold weather meant we didn’t spend any time out there. We did have plenty of firewood for a lovely snug home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing weekend getaway at Anne’s cozy retreat. Only regret is I didn’t have a pen to leave a message to the host and future guests!!
