Waterfront vacation rentals in Kathu District

Me and my wife stayed in Patong 14 nights. 7 at this place and 7 at a different unit in the building. All I can say is I wish I booked this place for our entire 14 night stay. Wow, just wow. Pictures dont do a justice for this place. This was a 5 star hotel experience. The second we opened the door we knew we made the right choice. Looked like recently fully renovated unit. Squeeky clean place top to bottom. Functioning and practical layout. Whether you are in bed, on sofa, or eating, you are always looking at the sea view. Nice big bathroom with great shower, ice cold AC, full kitchen, good wifi. Fridge was stocked with beer, water, all kind of pop. Bathroom had soft towels, robes, slippers, soaps, toothbrushes. Balcony was huge and the egg/chair is great for relaxing and watching sunset. Natalia made this a home away from home for us. She helped us with early check in and let us drop off our lugage early in the morning while we had an overlap with our other air bnb. Will be back!

I went to Phuket in order to spend time at the beach and eat lots of Thai food. The property was excellent—A great way to enjoy Patong Beach— we had a great week, we went on several tours of the island and went scuba diving at a nearby coral reef. We also enjoyed Thai boxing and an elephant trek on the North side of Phuket. The house is in the middle of everything and there were lots of options for food and crazy tourist traps around the house. It reminded me of “Pleasure Island” from Pinocchio—lots of adults trying to escape. Still we weren’t the only family there— there were lots of kids having fun too, and you can avoid some spots (Bangla rd for example) if you don’t want to see the strip clubs etc. The host was very friendly and responsive. They were always willing to fix any issues that came up. We were happy to have an affordable place that was comfortable, clean and safe for a big family.

Amazing place super central killer views and most importantly very private

Un excellent logement que je recommande à chaque personne qui veut être à Phuket et bien situé ! Proche des plages, 7 11 collé à l'hôtel, très beau avec 2 piscines privés à l'hôtel, les équipements fonctionnent et sont complets pour les besoins quotidiens. Willy a été très réactif et gentils avant et pendant le séjour, nous recommandons !

Rezervasyon yaptığım andan itibaren çok iyi bir iletişim kuruldu. Ev fotoğraflardan daha güzel, kendi evimizde gibiydik ve ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Phuket’e ulaştığımızda Nikita bizi havaalanında karşıladı, arabada su ve şeker dahil her şeyi düşünmüştü. Bebeğimiz ve bizim için çok hoş hediyeler ve bizi çok mutlu eden bir not hazırlamıştı. Gezilecek yerleri çok iyi biliyordu, sevgili annesi Marina ile birlikte bizi çok güzel yerlere götürdü ve bunu tamamen gönüllü olarak yaptılar. Kısa bir tatil yaptık ama uzun sürecek dostluklar kazandık. Tekrar geleceğiz ve burada daha uzun süre kalacağız. Her şey için teşekkürler Niki&Denis&Marina🥰

Overall it’s a great place, best thing is the view from the balcony. Many restaurants massage places near by. It’s 2 bedroom, perfect for families. It’s very very well equipped for cooking too. 10/10

Séjour incroyable ! Le logement était totalement conforme à mes attentes, avec en bonus un hôte exceptionnel, très réactif aussi bien pour la maintenance que pour les conseils d’excursions. Sa maîtrise du français et de l’anglais a grandement facilité mon séjour, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable pour un petit Français comme moi ! Je recommande à 100 %. L’appartement est spacieux, avec une grande pièce à vivre, une vaste terrasse, et l’accès à de nombreux services sur place : salle de sport, piscines, petits-déjeuners, room service (moyennant supplément sur place). Les taxis ou autres moyens de transport arrivent rapidement pour un tarif moyen de 200 bahts afin de rejoindre le centre. Pour un séjour au calme, dans un cadre naturel et ressourçant, je recommande sans hésiter !

Nous avons posé nos valises dans ce petit coin de paradis. Calme, à deux pas de la plage, commerce et restaurants accessible en 2 minutes à pied. Ross nous a accueilli chaleureusement, nous avons été tout de suite à l'aise, dans une ambiance familiale. Il y a tout le nécessaire dans le logement, une machine à laver à disposition. Il y a également à des jeux de plage, canoé, planches de surf... ce qui a comblé nos deux garçons. Bref, je recommande vivement cet endroit et remercie encore Ross et sa compagne pour leur accueil !

Die Wohnung von Nym hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Habe mich gleich wohlgefühlt. Es war sehr schön und ruhig dort umgeben von mehreren privaten Unterkünften. Ich fühlte mich dort sicher. Man kam nur mit einem Code an dem Anfang in das Gelände der Ferienwohnungen. Die Lage war super. Wirklich nur 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt. In zwei Minuten war man auf der Hauptstraße, wo es ein Lebensmittelläden, viele Restaurants, Cafés und Massagesalons gab. Ein perfekter Ort ohne viel Trubel um zu genießen und sich ausruhen zu können. Eine kleine Anregung: für die Terrasse wäre ein bequemer Sessel oder auch eine Liege sehr schön. Ich danke dir Nym. Ich kann die Unterkunft weiter unbedingt empfehlen

It was a great experience from the check in date all the way tell we checked out. The place was clean and reflected what was described in the App. Alexandre was super helpful even he extended his support and help to retrieve my handbag which I left it in the Taxi. It’s always great to have a good home and a great host.

Mike, Eddie and Penny made our dreams come true. The lovely stairs gave us a very authentic feeling, something that will be lost forever after the deconstruction. The spacious kitchen-terrace with the immaculate view 24/7 gives you a place to wind down, or wind up; when the sun rises.) To reach the soft and tranquil beach of Ao Yon, you had to walk down another set of stairs—truly a stairway to heaven, so to speak. An enjoyable walking distance away is the UNG Pearl Farm. I can't spoil anything anymore, it’s an experience I simply can’t recommend enough! We are happy to have been able to experience this, it is truly one of our top 3 stays in our Thailand journey.

La maison est très bien équipée et est très bien située au milieu de l’île, surtout si vous cherchez la proximité des écoles internationales. La maison est globalement très propre même si quelques rénovations sont encore nécessaires. La cuisine est correcte mais mériterait également quelques petits travaux pour être parfaite. L’hôte est tres réactif en cas de problème. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison.

This was our second stay at the beach house and it was every bit as magical as the first. We stayed for one week last time and loved it so much we stayed two weeks this time and wished it could have been longer. It's right on one of the most beautiful beaches in Phuket, and without the crowds of the many other tourist areas. You don't need a car -- take Bolt if you want to leave the area, it works great and we met some lovely drivers. But we only left twice in the two weeks we were there, the rest of the time we walked to restaurants and the small markets. Up the alley road and to the right on the main road is the best restaurant/smoothies/fresh fruit EVER. It felt like we became friends with the employees and even the cooks came out to say goodbye to us at the end of our two weeks! Also check out The Beach restaurant on one beach over (also an easy walk) for gorgeous sunsets behind Big Buddah. And the apartment -- adorable, comfortable, perfect location and view!

Amazing place to stay with kids! The villa was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family-friendly stay. The host was very responsive and made sure we had a great experience. Highly recommend!

Spacious and clean apartment located in a quiet area of Patong. Plenty of stores and restaurants etc. nearby. The atmosphere at the apartment is very relaxed and the views are fantastic. Check-in was smooth and the hosts were very friendly and helpful, with good communication throughout the trip. Highly recommended!

Steps to beach and food. Away from party scene and noise. But still within walking distance of night life. There was so much to see & do. Next time we need to stay longer.

Host was really kind and helpful , nothing was too much. Very flexible and happy to help guide us. Place was stunning would highly recommend.

Nice apartment, big balcony with forest view. Enoungh space for work and entertainment. Green territory. Nice and cozy place. Long distance to the sea (walking) could be the only disadvantage.

The unit looks exactly like the pictures, we were extremely happy with the booking and can't recommend this unit enough to others! Ae (the property manager) was extremely responsive and happy/quick to help out whenever we needed.
