The apartment was exactly as described and Adrian was a great host, easy to get hold of and responsive. We had a few small issues when we arrived, birds had popped on the balcony and it hadn’t been cleaned and there was a problem with the hot water in the shower. Adrian jumped on these straight away and got them resolved. The resort is refreshingly quiet for Patong Beach, very little road noise. Breakfast was decent and all the staff worked hard and were very friendly. The beach really is a few minutes walk from the room and lovely. For a double room serviced apartment in a great location this was good value. The restaurant is merely ok, but perfectly serviceable. The infinity pool with swim up bar was very nice and the staff very pleasant. I would come back here again.

Wonderful, clean, comfortable condo. Had everything we needed for a long stay. Located in a great complex with shopping nearby. The beach was an easy walk or we could take the shuttle. Great porch and views on a quiet corner of the building. The condo had a comfortable bed, sofa and linens. The internet was very fast and reliable. Our host was amazingly kind and helpful with any questions and always responded quickly. Absolutely recommend this stay. We will definitely return.

Patong Room Step Away from the Beach

Perfect accomodation. Central to patong and easy to taxi to other areas of pukhet, I personally loved the scooter taxis using the Grab app, I travelled ao much of the island using them. The apartment was perfect with daily top up of towels, water etc when I left dirty towels outside the room in the bag. The host Kanda went above and beyond in response to ant messages through air b n b, even in an emergency situation where I lost my keys and my phone was broken. Her friendly staff member who works in the salon below went above and beyond to help me, she was also helpful and kind throughout my stay if needed and was always welcoming on passing the salon. Even lending me her umbrella on a heavy rainy day. I would definitely stay here again if I ever find myself in patong.

Lovely apartment had all we needed, very clean & well laid out, lovely view to sea from balcony too, the host met us there & text after couple of days to see if all was ok or if we needed anything, great communication for when we checked out too. Nice pool area not many loungers, but anytime we went to pool we always got them & also had nice seating area, the gym looked ok although we didn't use it, we was able to have a later check out too which was a great for us. Would highly recommend staying in these lovely apartments so much nearby too, bars, shops, beach etc

We stayed in Isabelle’s apartment for 10 days and were incredibly impressed with the value for money given how nice the apartment was! It was incredibly clean on arrival, and the flat itself looked exactly like the photos if a little bigger. The pool and the gym were brilliant to have and everything you need is in easy walking distance. Isabelle was proactive in her communications and left some much appreciated amenities for us. We would happily stay again!

Der Aufenthalt war super. Das Frühstück war lecker und das Team sehr hilfreich. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert. Den Kontakt Andrew würde ich nicht empfehlen. Keine gute Quelle für Touren oder Transfer. English war auch schlecht und viel zu teuer! 1800 baht für 2 Personen von Hotel bis phi phi pier. Wir haben geguckt und wenn wir selber gebucht hätten (mit privatem Transfer) wären es knapp 1000 bht und ein eigenes Auto gewesen. Aber wie gesagt, die Unterkunft war wirklich gut! Die Leute toll und das Zimmer sehr groß! Gerne wieder (nur mit anderem Guide)

Amazing deal. Close enough to Bangla street if you are interested in nightlife and far enough to not always feel in the middle of the action. Adrian is an amazing host: very proactive, responsive and friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to stay at/near Patong.

This is located in a Resort so it’s amazing to have access to all the amenities like Gym, pool, spa. The staff were really helpful and friendly. It is very well located, just a few steps away from good restaurants and the beach.

Adrian’s place was top notch! We felt like home here and the whole building was so clean. Adrian was responsive and helpful and easy to reach. The pool is gorgeous with a great view and the restaurant serves an abundance of choices. It is a short 13-15 minute walk to Bangla Road and there’s always tuktuks/taxi right outside. Will definitely be coming back.

One advice-book it don't even hesitate. Great location right there on patong beach. The host is amazing. Very responsive and helpful in everything u need. Vibrant street like all streets on patong. Rooms get fully booked quick so get it before its gone. I'll be back again 😊

Över förväntan med städning i gång i veckan och rent sänglinne och handdukar. Hjälpsam personal och lugnt område. Rutger hjälpte oss snabbt när lamporna i badrummet var trasigt. Restaurang, kafé, pool och takpool, barer och gym på området. Gångavstånd in till Kamala by och till stranden. Enda minus var att man fick korsa en stor trafikerad väg för att komma till stranden samt att Wi-Fi var dåligt. Men finns mini bussar som kör till stranden och köper man till eget 5G så funkar det med wifi. Bättre mottagning i receptionen och restaurangen för de som tänker arbeta från boendet.
