Resort vacation rentals in Kathu District

Pretty nice place. Shower was slow to respond to the temperature change. House keeping was GREAT! Laundry is expensive ! Breakfast was pretty good. Lots of variety. They even left my girlfriend a birthday cake in the refrigerator! SO NICE! It tasted pretty good too. Such a thoughtful gesture. Would definitely go back.

Lovely resort! Perfect for chilling out and the food is great too! Not near any nightlife though.

Andy was really helpful from my point of interest in the apartment right through to assisting me with travel advice and confirming final details nearer the time. Communication was relevant and very quick which helped provide confidence in what I was expecting from the accommodation. My only recommendation is to get some updated pictures of the room and explain how it fits in with the resort's facilities. Thanks very much.

Perfect place to stay in kata beach , 2mins away from the most peaceful beach on Phuket .

Nice private room. Quite quiet not a lot of noise. Good view. Had android tv so could watch a bit of YouTube at night. Nice view from balcony. Few minutes walk to small night market with good food. Short walk to beach. Got a good hair cut down the road from hotel at the massage/salon shop. Way more relaxed and chilled than Patong.

A hidden gem! The villa is located off of a busy road….with many restaurants and things to do. Once inside the property, it is very peaceful and serene. You feel very far away from the city, because it is so peaceful and quiet. The staff is super friendly. The pool is beautiful. It is truly a hidden tropical garden.

Good place in a beautiful tropical garden, right with access to the clean pool. Very good wifi, well suited for working. Great restaurant/ bar at good prices and very tasty food. To the beach it is a walk of 10 minutes, past restaurants/bars/laundry, shops... Thanks to Marcus and his team for the extra table in the room. Thanks to the girls who take care and keep everything super clean. I am happy to recommend the accommodation.

A beautiful oasis, green, palm trees, flowers etc. and very quiet. Casual pool that is always perfectly cleaned and equipped with sun loungers daily. The staff is very competent and friendly and there is daily room service with everything. Price-performance ratio is awesome. We felt extremely comfortable in the 9 days. The attached restaurant is also great. Many German specialties very well cooked.

We've stayed with Marcus a few times now and it's always great value and very clean. His place is great for short or long stays. Marcus is a great host and Florian (Chef) is a fantastic cook Highley recommed trying some of their recommendations. already planning our return.

Had a fantastic 3day stay in the 2 bedroom family villa, some of the furniture is chipped & damaged and needs repaired or replaced which had a slight downside to the overall appearance of the rooms but that didn't affect us having a great stay, short walking distance to all amenities, would definitely stay here again in the future if I was in the area
