Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kathu District

This villa was the perfect place for my sisters and I to unwind after spending time in the city. The views were impeccable, especially the elephants from the balcony! Rattiya was soooo sweet and left us some groceries to start us off right and we appreciated it SO much! We would definitely come back and stay here next time we’re in Phuket. Also, the beds were veryyy comfy!!

Yun was an amazing host, always very responsive and helpful with anything. The villa matched the description and was perfect for a peaceful vacation. We loved the pool!!! Would recommend this property and Yun as a host!

Great stay, the house is beautiful and perfect for friends and family. The house is located on a hill, so a scooter is your best option. Amazing views , clean and incredibly close to Patong. Felt comfortable and cozy! The housekeeping lady is super sweet and helpful. The host is amazing and is always looking to assist you in any way, thanks for being so flexible and responsive to all our queries! 10/10 recommended.

The house is perfect for big family

We stayed at Piotr’s villa for three nights, and it was a beautiful, cozy, and private retreat. The location is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy quality time with family and friends. Piotr’s was a wonderful host he kindly let us drop off our luggage before check-in and shared several great recommendations for the area. He also helped us get around, making our stay even more convenient. If you’re considering booking this place, don’t wait his calendar is almost fully booked for the year! Thanks, Piotr’s! We had a pleasant stay and felt right at home. The house is spacious, clean and offers plenty of space. The Wi-Fi was excellent. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. A surprise, however, was the view from the second floor of a dilapidated building that apparently serves as accommodation for the homeless. The location is okay – about 15 minutes from the beach, but you have to cross a large main road without pedestrian crossings, which can be tedious with children. The proximity to several supermarkets is positive. The price of about 4500 baht for 10 days for electricity and water in addition, corresponded to the description, but we found it a bit high. However, the communication was very good and we were also generally very happy with the selection. Parking is available, washing machine as well as functional kitchen. Pool was great with kids and was also a lot of fun.

Kezia was incredibly responsive. Before my arrival, they answered all my questions promptly, providing detailed information about the property, local attractions, and check - in procedures. Their clear and friendly communication made me and my husband feel welcome. The location is extremely great. 2min walk to the Patong beach and 5min to the Bangla street. There are also numerous restaurants, cafes, and massage shops around. And the view from the property is absolutely breathtaking! Much better than the profile pictures. The place was clean, quiet and beautifully decorated. The bedroom was private and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep even with the night life around. Overall, I highly recommend this place! Great place in a great location, would highly recommend.

The location and view is unbeatable, yes it's on top of a hill but we had no issues with uber/Bolt (hence the price the you pay for such a view :D) the place was really nice and the rooms were very clean and fancy. Pawel was really communicative and checked in on us upon our checkout and was even nice to give us a late checkout. We had our concerns at first at the house manager but as we had asked for some privacy this was easily resolved. the housekeeper who came every day or other day was so nice and even did our laundry which was SO NICE.

It took me just one day to feel at home — cozy, clean, and welcoming. I highly recommend it if you're considering Kamala Beach! Alex is incredibly helpful and always ready to assist. If I ever come back to Phuket, I’ll definitely stay in this house again! Beautiful, creative, cozy, simply wonderful!

Had the pleasure to stay at this wonderful condo in Patong. Even though it was only for one night i already regretted not finding it sooner! I felt like it was my own home and it was so relaxing and peaceful. Bedroom was clean, bathroom was clean and the rest was also sat perfectly and beautiful. The rooftop pool with the beautiful panorama view of Patong was breathtaking. I will keep this condo for the near future because it’s good if traveling alone, couple or even friends. I will recommend this place! Host was very fast to respond and very helpful through everything. It was one of the reasons why it felt like home and safe when staying.

Great location centrally located in Kathu, 20 minute grab will get you anywhere and multiple scooter rentals within walking distance. Plenty to do in the surrounding neighborhood and not nearly as busy and noisy as patong.

Spacious and clean apartment located in a quiet area of Patong. Plenty of stores and restaurants etc. nearby. The atmosphere at the apartment is very relaxed and the views are fantastic. Check-in was smooth and the hosts were very friendly and helpful, with good communication throughout the trip. Highly recommended!

Staying at Harvey’s place was such a great experience! He was incredibly responsive and helpful from the moment I booked. He always checked in via text to make sure everything was going well and was quick to offer any assistance if needed. The condo itself is in the perfect location—right in the center of everything! It was super easy to get around, grab anything I needed, and explore the area. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. This place has the ultimate view in all of Patong Beach. It was spacious and very clean. Ladies came every day to clean and stock waters which was very much appreciated. Our host was amazing and always very helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The stay at Michael's was fantastic, it was even more beautiful than the pictures. It doesn't get any better, we enjoyed every second in the accommodation. Mrs. Aoijai, who welcomed us, was always available, very warm and helpful. I'm sure we'll be back, thank you very much.

The apartment was really good. Its location was perfect as it was 10 minutes from the beach and was in a quiet area at the same time. It was a bit hard to find at first, the taxi took us to a wrong address (which was a common confusion for taxis during our whole stay). We were greeted by a local contractor working for the host. Make sure to check the phone number provided by the host in the description, as he won't answer texts in the app. The shower cabin felt a bit dirty upon arrival but we did clean it up and had no issues afterwards. The place is spacious, the living room is quite large and the kitchen has everything you need. The apartment is probably at the exact center of Patong, so it is easy to go in any direction.
