I had an amazing time at this property. The place is conveniently located to shopping malls, seven 11 and not to far out to explore other parts of phuket as well. The cherry on top is the most amazing host who has been very responsive and helpful throughout my stay from the moment i made the booking. I highly recommend this little gem in phuket and hope to visit again soon.

Vivian’s place was perfect for me needs, cosy and comfortable and centrally located. 7 Eleven right outside and the pool on the roof was great to get some sun. Great location and super easy check in / out. Great communication all the way through. Thanks vivian.

Wir haben für eine Woche gebucht und uns von und Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Alles war mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Kurzer Weg zum Strand mit vielen Restaurants und Bars, die auch abends zum Verweilen einladen. Die laute Hauptstraße nimmt man in der Wohnung nicht wahr. Top der ruhige Poolbereich innerhalb der Appartementanlage. Maggan ist eine super Gastgeberin, schnell erreichbar ist. Vielen Dank Maggan

This is the perfect place to stay in Phuket. We stayed here for 7 nights , it’s a 15 min walk from the beach. Great restaurants just outside the property. Yun was very responsive and helped us throughout our stay. We would recommend this place to everyone planning a trip to Phuket :)

Had a really nice stay at the villa. The host was so nice to talk to and helped us when we had questions. I recommend the app Bolt for taxi service to easily get around if you don’t want to rent a vehicle. Kamala was a wonderful place and i would love to come back

Very nice golf view from the pool! The swimming pool is very nice and our kid loves it a lot! The kitchen has everything we need for us to cook for our children. The dishwasher is a rare found in this area which we appreciated it a lot. It is insect-free, that is much better than most of the houses in this area. The only downside is the golf course is too large that sometimes the grab drivers got lost and you need to guide the driver to find the house. If you rent a car it won't be a problem. If you need to get some place on time, then you need to call a grab half hour earlier than you think.

This was an outstanding stay. Herriot was very responsive. The villa was amazing. The pool is huge. The air conditioners work great. I like how there are restaurants and bars easily accessible by walking. It is quite far from the beach due to traffic. Would definitely stay again!

It was a great stay, hotel staff is very friendly. the pool ist great and does not close in the evening, which is very cool. motorbike rental directly from the hotel. there is no room service, at least if you don‘t ask for it. nice chill bar at the pool.

特别特别可爱的房间，我和朋友在其中度过了幸福的假日。就在路边，离711很近，早上醒来窗户外有美丽的风景。房东随时会回消息。我觉得很棒。房间很干净，东西也很齐全，餐具，洗漱用品，刀具，等等等等。是在一个安静的小镇，周围有很多没事，我很喜欢💕

Skvělý pobyt ve velmi jednoduchém, ale hezkém bytě. Má všechno, co nenáročný cestovatel potřebuje. Rychlou wi-fi, klimatizaci, balkon s krásným výhledem a je za skvělou cenu. Jediné co bych vytknul, je to že dveře na balkon netěsní hluk z venku. Takže slyšíte hluk z aut a motorek ze silnice. Ale ubytování bylo velmi příjemné a rozhodně se jednou vrátím.

We stayed in this house for 10 days and loved everything about it! Comfortable mattresses and pillows, fresh bedding, cleanliness, and order. There are large TVs, air conditioning in every room, and a spacious balcony with a stunning mountain view. Nearby, you’ll find a great café and shops, and the beach is within walking distance. Irina gave us excellent restaurant recommendations, and we were happy with everything.

Lovely, friendly host, always willing to help out with anything I needed and give recommendations for things to see and do. Although Jina wasn't available to meet and welcome me on my arrival due to her work commitments she did leave a key and clear instructions for me to reach my room once inside the building. I met Jina the following morning and she was very nice and instantly made me feel at home. My room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was available to prepare meals, although I only used it to prepare a basic English breakfast. The accommodation Is in a quiet area with a number of restaurants within walking distance. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jina's place to anyone.

Прожили в квартире 14 дней, хозяин молодец, очень отзывчивая. В начале не понравилось, что после бронирование хозяин захотел поменять стоимость, но так как он новичок на AIRBNB с него удерживали скидку, а это были новогодние даты и мы в переписке сошлись по цене. Сам кондо отличный, естт парковка, тишина, бассейн, тренажерный зал. Из нюансов сам кондо новый, и когда мы заехали, еще работники делали ремонт, красили стены, тренажерный зал в пыли. Но следующим думаю повезет, так как все уже доделывают. Что насчет самой квартиры, все отлично, чистая, уютная. Хозяйка большая молодец, очень отзывчивая, при заселении говорю нужен чайник, она сразу даже купила новый. Рекомендую если цена адекватная
