If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet, pretty private place to stay in Phuket without tons of russians around, this villa is the best choice. Surrounded by beautiful jungles, it is located close to the beach and couple of great cafes. It has couple of private rooms, but we were lucky to be the only guest for our 2-night stay. So we were enjoying a peaceful and private stay with this huge beautiful pool and hospitality of a hostess Khun M. I can highly recommend to order some dishes from her, as she is a great and experienced chef 👩‍🍳 Everything was clean, tidy and well-prepared. So we really wish to come back here later during our Thai trip :) Btw, we were with our little dog, and this place is dog-friendly and perfect for your little friend. Thank you 🙏🏽

Bungalow très sympa, assez spacieux avec un joli jardin. La salle de bain est un peu rudimentaire, dommage. Rachada est très gentille, souriante et toujours prête à aider. Elle nous a fait sentir comme chez nous. L'emplacement est très calme et bucolique. Le lit est confortable et grand. C'était très chouette.

Great, extra large room. Clean and private with your own shower and toilet. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. Handy location. Great restaurants and beaches. Book a back room if you're after a quieter room. Extremely friendly, polite and helpful host.

The accomodation was very nice, for this price it's an amazing deal, absolutely beautiful area and everyone was very helpful and friendly. We were greeted with coconuts from the farm and got mango sticky rice for breakfast the following morning. I definitely recommend, everything was clean and new.

Отличные хозяева и их дом! Алан всегда на связи, очень четко объясняет все инструкции, как их найти на всех картах, примерные цены на такси до их дома и т.д. Также у Алана можно арендовать байк по хорошей цене и отдать у стирку вещи. В доме есть все и даже больше (есть посуда и чайник, но готовить завтрак негде, придётся идти в кафе), видно хозяин вложил душу в свой дом и предусмотрел все мелочи, что довольно редко для Таиланда. На территории дома очень живописно, очень удивили черепашки на свободном выгуле. Хотелось бы вернуться снова к Алану и Нуч на подольше 🥰

Viktoriia's apartment is just as pictured. The terrace is a few steps from the actual apartment and then you are directly on the beach. Apartment is equipped with all basic items needed for your stay. Views are amazing and the sunsets are the highlight. The restaurant next door on the beach is very conveniently located only a few meters from the terrace. The area itself has quite a few restaurants, a 7-eleven, Tops Market, massage/spas, and plenty of shops all within 3-10 minutes walk depending on where you go. You can also order Bolt/InDrive/Grab taxi if you do need further distances. There are also plenty of tour operators in the area to arrange tours or rent motorbikes. Viktoriia met me upon check-in, as she lives next door, and the process was smooth. The breakfast served is delicious with lots of home made/fresh ingredients. Viktoriia was VERY accommodating and understanding during our stay. I highly recommend this peaceful little slice of heaven and will definitely return!

Большое спасибо Уве и Тукте, за наш отличный отпуск. Дом замечательный. На самом деле, он выглядит значительно лучше, чем на фотографиях. Прекрасная гостиная с настоящей деревянной мебелью. Отличная спальня с большой кроватью. Как указано в описании, дом не оборудован кондиционерами, но так как весь дом, можно сказать, состоит из окон ))), в нем всегда прохладно. Его укрывают большие пальмы и он всегда в тени. В доме есть два мощных вентилятора, если кому-то станет жарко. Есть замечательная веранда, на которой приятно завтракать и ужинать. Очень понравилась кухня на улице))) Для самостоятельного приготовления пищи все есть (посуда, кастрюли, сковорода и т. д.), вплоть до моющих средств. Раз в неделю Тукта убирает дом, меняет белье и полотенца. Я жила в гостиницах 5 звезд, но такую прекрасную уборку вижу впервые. Дом стоит в прекрасном саду. Тишина, слышно только пение птиц. Serene, quiet & beautiful lush garden. We loved the hobbit house, hearing the water rippling & birds humming.Bring mozzie spray. Right when we woke up we opened the door at 11:15 to let some fresh air in & the lady immediately stormed in the room saying she would check room. Even though check out is at 12. We had similar issue at check-in. We rushed over because they wanted our exact check-in time so we made it there 3 min early. Whilst my husband was still grabbing our bags, the lady was pacing back in forth in the room asking for our passports and making a phone call. Would of been nice to have a few seconds to arrive, put our bags down & have a chance to get our documents out. We found it rude & stressful and not worth the money for being on someone else’s clock. If they don’t want to have someone on site then they can ask for a 30min notice before arrival & departure, or we would of preferred to pick up keys somewhere else if it meant we could stay flexible and on our time.

Die Unterkunft bei Vasucha entsprach vollständig der Beschreibung. Sauber, gut ausgestattet und praktisch gelegen. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und check-in sowie check-out waren unkompliziert. Vasucha stellte hilfreiche Informationen zur Umgebung bereit. Die Unterkunft bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und eignet sich gut für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt. Empfehlenswert.

This is the most comfortable and cozy apartment I have ever lived in. The landlord is very hospitable and helped us find a place to sell slippers. We arrived at the apartment long in advance but Tivaporn let us check in early after the room was cleaned. The room was very clean and tidy, with plenty of hot water for bathing and clean sheets. The balcony has a good view and it is very comfortable to sit on the chair at night. The few days I stayed here left me with very good memories. If I come to Phuket next time, I will definitely choose Tivaporn's apartment again.
