Exceptional Hospitality and Warm Welcome Our stay at Raju’s place was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with kindness and great flexibility. He even invited us to lunch with his family, making us feel truly at home. Beyond that, he went above and beyond to help us book our bus to Pokhara, personally ensuring we got on the right one early in the morning. When we met him on the terrace, he offered us tea and biscuits, adding a warm touch to our experience. The location is peaceful yet conveniently close to stores and essentials. The room was comfortable, and having a heater was a great bonus during the colder nights. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which allowed us to prepare some of our own meals. Overall, an excellent stay with a truly wonderful host. We’re very happy and would gladly return! Highly recommend staying here.

The host is very open, positive, hospitable and helpful person. Very clear instructions and well thought preparation to meet guests. Always responsive. An apartment is very comfortable and beautiful in the heart of the old city with 5-7 minutes walking distance to Durban Palace Square. Enjoyed staying and will be happy to be back. Lovely place to stay at Tamel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They helped and answered all of our questions about the adapter and buying vegetables. The power was gone for a bit, but they tried to fix it immediately. Very nice team!

Hi everyone! Just wanted to leave a review about this place. The first thing worth mentioning is the location — the apartment is very close to the center of Thamel, just a 5-minute walk to all the cafes, restaurants, and spots with great European-style breakfasts. Secondly, the hosts are super friendly! On the first day, they showed me where to buy affordable fruits and vegetables and even recommended some local places with delicious food. Overall, they were always quick to help and respond to any requests I had (and I had quite a few, haha). It’s only a 10-minute walk to Durbar Square — everything is really close by. Highly recommend!

Great host! the apartment is exactly as in pictures. it is in a locality where i saw the real culture of nepal. small stores, cafe and juice corner nearby. I was on the 5th floor. the instructions were very clear, check in was very smooth and the host was very responsive about everything I asked for. couldn't have asked for a better airbnb. thamel is 15 mins drive but I walked for 35 mins. thank you for having me and being so kind to me.

So happy we decided to stay here with all the choices available! This family is absolutely wonderful, all of them and Madhu is an angel. Very peaceful area away from the craziness that is Thamel. But you can easily get a car there for walk if you want, which we did a few times. My toddler and I spent a month there and we had such a wonderful stay. We feel like we have a family in Kathmandu that we want to come visit. Loved the spaciousness of the space and the view from the roof is beautiful. The WiFi was soooo good honestly probably the best we had in all the places we traveled in Asia. It’s super duper clean and you can tell they keep it that way always. We just had such a great month and are so appreciative of this beautiful family and can’t wait to come back again! Thank you so much!!

Mila’s penthouse was top notch and exceeded every expectation. The penthouse is adjacent to a rooftop bar with great food and great views. Couldn’t recommend a better stay

This nice little apartment is located in the very charming area of Patan. The apartment is beautifully furnished and designed, the bed is comfortable and everything is clean and streamlined. Lumi is a responsive host and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here and would certainly come again.

Beautiful balcony and rooftop! The apartment is spotless and feels just like home. The location is very central and busy, making it easy to get around, and the cozy cafe downstairs is a perfect spot to sit, relax, and recharge. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was spotless, well-decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The host was very responsive and made check-in super easy. I really appreciated the little touches that made the space feel like home. The only thing I’d suggest is adding a TV, just for those evenings when you want to unwind indoors. Other than that, everything was perfect—I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

הדירה הייתה נוחה ויפה מאד. המארחים חשבו על הפרטים הכי קטנים וזה היה ניכר. התקשורת והמענה של המארחים היה מדהים ומועיל, קיבלנו מהם מפה עם המלצות למסעדות, חנויות, סופרים, אטרקציות תרבותיות וכל מה שאפשר לבקש. המטבח היה פונקציונלי לחלוטין ונוח לשימוש. השהייה שלנו הייתה מדהימה, שקטה, נוחה וכיפית! תודה למארחים על הכל, ממליצה בחום על המקום.
