Vacation rentals with beach access in Kathisma Beach

Very clean apartment, with all the necessary amenities, gorgeous view, small private beach in front, shops in the vicinity, the host although we only saw each other once we had a very good communication, I recommend with pleasure! I will definitely come back to this special place!

We were here for the second time. Once again, everything was perfect. I fell in love with the cats from there. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The place is truly beautiful and it was clean ! We can’t wait to return.

The stay at Michela and her son Nicola's was a dream! The house is very comfortable, full of all amenities and furnished with care, but above all it has two incredible terraces among the olive and lemon trees where you can enjoy the best possible view of the archipelago and Meganisi. Never too hot, always lively ventilated... in short, a microclimate that makes your stay unforgettable. Right below the house, then, just outside the gate, there are two beaches and some small coves, with pebbles and crystal clear water easily reachable and accessible. A postcard from Greece! If we wanted to, we could have stayed in the house the whole time... In addition, Michela is a very caring and attentive host, without ever being intrusive, who made us feel warmly welcomed. All this at a really crazy price! We will definitely be back.

The hosts were very friendly, the accommodation very clean, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom a good standard with a nice shower. The balcony faces the busy road but we knew the area quite well so we knew we were close to great beaches. There is a bakery across the road, and The street food cafe a few doors up, you might want to get your taxi to drop you off there as it’s easy to find on the main road and only a few doors more to get to K&A Studios where the hosts will be waiting for you.

Aspasia’s place was everything we wanted and more! It was right across from the beach and also 5 minutes walk to a secret AMAZING beach with no crowds. Both have crystal clear turquoise water! There were many Tavern’s right next door and we were only a few minutes by car from Lefkada Town (for even more options). Room was perfect, spacious bathroom, kitchenette as well! AC worked well and the black out curtains were a huge plus. What made everything even better was Aspasia’s amazing hospitality. She is an absolute sweetheart who really cares about you having a good time. She made sure we were doing well and that we had everything we could possibly need. She made so many great recommendations to us and each one was fantastic! Listen to her recommendations and you will be happy you did! Without her wealth of knowledge we would have missed out on so many incredible experiences! I can’t wait to return with more friends next time!

Angelos was a very attentive host, helpful and responsive to any queries. The accommodation was clean well equipped. We enjoyed checking out the local beaches that were suggested in the recommendations folder. The view from the balcony was amazing!

not just clean, spotless clean. the house looks brand new with a lovely glimpse at the sea and a cozy veranda. easy to reach, short walk from the beach and great hosts. Will come back for sure.

Overall this was a great stay. The home was neat and clean. The location was very quiet and it is recommended to go at a slow pace on the smaller roads, all flat, as you approach the home. All of the rooms had A/C which was great. The beds were made everyday and the shower had very good water pressure. This was a pleasant stay.

Efstathios place was great. Amazing view. Very clean. The place is practically brand new. Very spacious. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.. we were close to Lefkada town, very convenient location. Would definitely recommend to others. Would stay there again.

I more than recommend the place. It’s like a small part of heaven and everything was perfect. The house, the garden, mister Eftichios who offered us a warm welcome, good communication, olive oil, fresh strawberries, eggs from his chicken and the company of his lovely dog Yanis who made us a bit sad because we left. An Idylic, beautiful and ideal place to unwind. To get to the town or around the island, a car is important. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are within reasonable distance but in hot weather a/c in the vehicle is very useful. Marina and her husband are kind and helpful and maintain a serene haven with fair applied rules for the pool and rooms. A perfect base for exploring the island. In all, it would have been the perfect holiday for me, a septuagenarian, solo traveller, and if it wasn't for the problem at the beginning with the double booked room, for which Marina apologised profusely, it would have been perfect. I will still go back again but I will check with Marina that my room is available next time.

We had a fantastic week in this cosy little house right by the shore, great for swimming and sitting on the veranda watching the boats, very peaceful! Great location ! You can find all that you need in nearby Lefkada town.

What a stay we had!! It's been two weeks since we returned back, but I keep thinking of this place everyday and want to come back. I think we've never been treated so well and the owners did their best to welcome us. Once we arrived and were introduced to the apartment, we realised that this was exactly the apartment we were looking for. For a family of three people, we had everything needed for a week stay. The fridge was filled with a variety of local treats including beer. On the next day, the owner brought us a bag of pastries which was so kind and suggested he could with placing a reservation in the nearby restaurant - Pavlos taverna. It is a known place in Lefkada for its fantastic meat dishes and its always packed in the evenings. We celebrated my wife's birthday in there and without a doubt I could tell it was one of the best meals we ever had in a long time.I can overall highly recommend this place! Special thanks to the owners - wish you a good health and keep up what you do!

Upon arrival we were greeted by Athanasios's wife with kindness and availability. He immediately offered us a welcome Greek coffee accompanied by delicious homemade cookies. Genuine and reserved environment for those like us who wanted tranquility and relaxation. The property was as described in the listing with easy parking and without any impediment. To conclude the evening before departure during the greetings, we were given an unexpected present that made our stay also on the final truly wonderful. The apartment had all the comforts and was clean and tidy. I highly recommend this host to anyone who wants to visit the island of Lefkada.

LEFKASEABNB was truly magical. This was my first time in the Ionian Islands and I couldn't have been happier with the location, accommodations, and host. It's called the island of turquoise waters for a reason and it's just seconds away from the place. The space was very clean and thoughtfully designed. You can tell Panos, the host, has put a lot of effort into its design and feel. Panos let us use the bikes to ride along the coast. He also had a paddle board for me to catch sunset. Overall, he communicated well and had lots of tips/recommendations. There are plenty of restaurants walking distance and the beach is right in front of you. We had everything we could have wanted so book with confidence!

A peaceful place to stay and enjoy your vacations, with a lot of things to do in the surrounding area.

This was a nice place to stay for our family vacation. Clean, with comfortable beds and easy parking. The only downside is the street noise, we could not keep the windows open at night, so think twice if you are sensitive to noise as it takes some time getting used to it. Otherwise, our host Ellie was very friendly and helpful. The location is close to Nikiana's beaches, easy to walk around or drive to other beaches around Lefkada.
