Beachfront vacation rentals in Katama

We would definitely recommend Deb’s and Sharon’s cottage as a place to stay. The location is great, as it is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the water, but is tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood so it still also offers plenty of privacy. They were wonderful and responsive hosts and checked on us throughout our stay, though we didn’t end up needing a thing. They were gracious enough to allow our dog Bella join for the weekend too, which we appreciated very much as she goes everywhere with us. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely look to book again if we make our way back to the beautiful island!

The house was ideal for a wonderful girls weekend. The space lends itself well to relaxing and connecting. The beach was just a short walk away. Everything was perfect!

We stayed at Lisa’s place for three nights and it was a 10/10 experience. Lisa was a fantastic host and was very helpful with island recommendations prior to our trip. The property itself is stunning and although we wanted to explore the island, the property also provided a beautiful landscape to just relax. Even given its private, peaceful location, it was still so convenient to town. The house is an adorable converted barn that has incredible, rustic charm and the decor was so beautifully thought out. Before we even left we were talking about booking again in the future. We definitely recommend booking here!

Wonderful home. Plenty of space, beautiful kitchen, comfy beds, great tv streaming choices, just a few minutes into town, and about a five minute walk to the water. Could not have asked for more. Also, having a fenced in backyard was great for my dog. Loved the place.

Valentina and Alex’s home was perfect in every way. From how clean and comfortable it was to its location directly across from the beach. They were so accommodating and helpful. If you have a family, a well behaved dog, and are looking for a stress free vacation on the beach this home is for you. Will definitely consider returning.

We loved Ann’s place. It was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. The place was cute and cozy. Ann was super responsive to a challenge we had and took great care of us, making sure we were comfortable. Beautiful neighborhood for walking.

Great location right on the beach.. the sun rose at 5:00am right off the ocean and into the condo's window. Very nice for 2 people looking for down time, bikeable, walkable, great restauraunt 1/2 mile down the beach. Staff on hand was very helpful in answering questions.. I'd go back there again next June

The view out the window to the ocean was spectacular and the accommodations were very pet friendly, my two dogs were very happy hanging out on the two couches in the living room. Perfect place to serve as a home base for exploring the quaint restaurants and shops in downtown Falmouth. Full kitchen if you want to cook, and plenty of furniture to have guests for dinner with a good size kitchen table. Ron, was very available and friendly, and I will definately go back!

this is a great unit with lots of space for the family. so much to do on the cape and near by. but you can just park the car and just stay put with a beach and pool! everything went perfect

The house and property are exactly as described. We felt right at home, had no issues, and enjoyed the solitude and the view/location. What a perfect place for restoration and peace of mind. Thank you!

Absolutely loved Elisa’s house in Vineyard Haven. We went for my 30th birthday weekend with some friends and we legitimately could not have had a better time. The house is phenomenal and couldn’t be in a better location. The kitchen is modern, the rooms are spacious, the backyard is perfect for hanging out. The three season room was an awesome place to hang out. I have so so many nice things to say about this house and Elisa’s hospitality. I can’t wait to come back & could not recommend more!

Beautiful home in Falmouth Heights. Plenty of room, looked just like the photos. Quiet neighborhood and a quick walk up to the beach. Plenty of space where we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other but absolutely LOVED the big couch so we could all hang out and watch movies together on the cold nights. Lesley was super responsive and accommodating to all of our needs and questions. Amazing place and host!

Everything is just great

We had a great stay at Lisa's. Even in the winter, the view of the lake is precious. We used the house as a base to do things in the area which was perfect. The living area is spacious, cozy and very comfortable to hang out in. The house was clean and well organized. We found everything we needed including a well stocked kitchen. Lisa is an excellent communicator, very helpful and makes herself available should you need anything. We had a minor issue with heat in one room, and Lisa went out of her way to help. We highly recommend this house and host!

This is a charming warm home, it was totally clean and the kitchen is full of pots, pans, platters, cups, spices etc. The location is beautiful, we enjoyed sitting on the deck as well as hanging in the living room, dining room and kitchen. We were a group of 6, there's plenty of room, it's simply a wonderful place to vacation! I'd choose this home again!!

Gorgeous property with its own private beach! The host was extremely responsive throughout our stay. The house is close to restaurants, shops and grocery stores / local markets. We had our dog with us and she loved going for walks and playing on the private beach. It’s also a short drive to South Cape Beach, which is gorgeous — amazing sunsets and trails to explore. We love Cape Cod and this winter trip did not disappoint!
