Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Die Anlage war sehr schön allerdings auch mit strengen Regeln (Essen und Trinken am Pool nicht erlaubt). Vielen Dank an Miles und vielleicht sehen wir uns noch mal.

One of the best accommodation in Phuket, with reasonable price nice view and so clean.

As we ended up checking in later than planned we struggled to find the building we were supposed to to be in. But in the day it would have been easy! Ian was super helpful and lovely! The place itself was lush, very clean, good gym and amazing pool! Would recommend !!

This studio flat was lovely, the bed was super comfy and stocked with pillows! Not to mention the sofa on the balcony with the best views of the sea and surrounding mountains. The amenities such as the rooftop pool and sheltered car park were also a great bonus. James was very responsive and friendly while making sure we had a great stay. The condo is just off the main road meaning easy access to the kata and karon areas, the scooter rental shops and local Thai restaurants just underneath were handy! Recommended

Прекрасная локация . Студия небольшая, но все есть. Кухонка, гладильная доска, утюг, стиральная машина и холодильник с плитой☺️ до пляжа пешком в жару сложновато . На байке 2 минуты . А так -берете зонтик или шляпу -и хорошо. Рядом ресторанная улочка . Туристическое место . Много семей. Жила моя мама. Она всем довольна. Для одного или пары-идеальный вариант. Недалеко продуктовые, там можно и поесть купить , в микроволновке разогреть . Кафе классное рядом.

I loved this condo! Super clean, quiet, and perfectly located just outside of Patong. It’s easy to get into town by car—using the Grab app made it super convenient. The king-size bed was really comfortable, and the balcony view was a great bonus. The host was very helpful and made check-in smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

Dean is a stand out and an all star, and so are his rental properties at Chom Tawan! We loved every minute of our time in his rental and truly appreciate his level of genuine effort and communication. We cooked meals everyday thanks to the fully stocked kitchen and spent unforgettable moments in the apartment, the pool. the beautiful property and, of course, the breathtaking beaches just a short stroll away. Do yourself the favor and book you're stay at Chom Tawan through Dean; there may be alternate Airbnb options for this property but there's only one Dean🙏🏽.

This apartments are almost the best I’ve been in Phuket. I’m very happy to meet Julie and her beautiful apartment near Kata Beach. Very well furnished and well equipped with almost everything you need during your holidays in Thailand, all the stuff in the apartment is very good quality and almost new. Very beautiful apartment with astonishing ocean view on Kata Bay. Super highly recommend to stay here and enjoy your holidays. Definitely will come her again

Beautiful affordable place to stay! Host was very responsive at all times. Had a wonderful time relaxing in the pool after long day. Only thing it’s far away from the city .

Bardzo fajne miejsce, jest cicho i spokojnie, blisko do plazy, w poblizu sporo barow, restauracji, sklepow i punktow z ulicznym jedzeniem. Na miejscu kilka basenow i silownia, pokoje czyste i urzadzone nowoczesnie. Polecam

Stayed for two days here...place was amazing! Had an issue with a lock on sliding door and maintenance was there to fix in less than 5 min after notification. Place was very clean! Shower head could use to be replaced was the only thing we noticed. Safe was being replaced as well as I let him know it would not open. Outstanding communication with a ton of local advice. Thank you!!!

Abdullah and the whole facilities of the hotel amazing! Ideal place to stay away from hot and dirty Patong city but still very close. Perfect location.Room nice and spacious with a free and safe parking.

Super location, great facilities, so handy having a washing machine and rooftop pool. Overall great value, only negative is the lack of a 2nd key and essentials

So, Usually photos posted up by hosts of a condo are not always the same when you arrive. In this case the photos did not do any justice, just wow !! an amazing stay and perfect last stop before I hit the road back home. I felt like I was at home words can’t describe the feeling of a fresh airbnb without the hassle. Definitely will book again and recommend ! Thank you Eva !

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment wirklich genossen. Alles, was man zum Leben braucht, ist da, sogar eine Matte und Handtücher für den Strand (ich möchte darauf hinweisen, dass es keinen Wechsel der Bettwäsche und Handtücher gibt, auch wenn Sie für eine Woche, zwei oder einen Monat kommen. Sie müssen sich darum kümmern Ihre eigene Wäsche. Das ist verständlich, da es sich hier nicht um ein Hotel, sondern um Apartments handelt) klimatisierter Sportraum. Die Pools auf dem Dach wurden gerade renoviert, aber ich glaube nicht, dass es bei der Hitze angenehm wäre, dort zu sein. Mir gefiel auch die Lage, abseits der lauten Promenaden und stark verschmutzten Straßen. Das Einzige, was es gab, war eine Bar gegenüber der Wohnanlage mit lauter Livemusik, die um 23:00 - 24:00 Uhr aufhörte. Der nächste Strand und die Haltestelle der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind genau 10-15 Gehminuten entfernt, eine Wäscherei, ein Lebensmittelgeschäft und eine Apotheke befinden sich in der Nähe.

Lars place ticked all the boxes. Excellent air conditioning. Well equipped. Great Mountain views with partial ocean view. Central location, close to beach and walking distance to everything else. The couple of minor issues we had were addressed promptly by Lars. We would definitely recommend.

Amanda's flat is a good value with panoramic ocean view from inside or the balcony , big comfy bed, a shower with good pressure and ample hot water. Though abroad, Amanda always responded fast; we were grateful for her kindness, flexibility as we had travel-prohibiting situations to deal with and she accommodative with the change requests. Onsite, the management was very quick to respond to any issues that arose .That there was no free beach shuttle disappointed but taxis and tuktuks were cheap and though about 1km from the action, afforded peace and quiet. The rooftop infinity pool's views was an adequate substitute for the beach many days and I "scratched my swimming itch"--even at 11pm! The area was village-like --grocery. Jun and Maya's superb massages and a terrific vegan restaurant, gym and spa complex at the end of the road. We would definitely recommend and rent again.

Beautiful area with a peaceful and quite environment. It is located on a steep hill so a mode of transportation is a must. Located 10-15 minutes away from the beach and other happening spots. Keep up the work!
