It’s a capsule in the first place, so if the upper floor makes noise it’s not the place’s fault. However, it is convenient in terms of public transport to nearly every place you’ll need to be in Fukuoka in the first place. The place is clean and tidy; The staff are helpful and friendly. In short I extended my stay at the same place so I do think it’s a nice choice.

We had some issues with the host before check in. Cuz The price was much more expensive than other website. I askd the host for the refund but it was 4 hours later to the 100percent refund time. We missed the time. The airbnb says It's all host‘s authority and cuz he is super host , the airbnb is not able to contact with him. I still dont understand the system. Sadly he didn't reply . Anyway we kinda like the place. It is a small hotel like others in Japan The breakfast is free for the guests and You can use more towels and amunities while your stay for free. Its a bit far from the main Tenjin and Hakata station but very closed to the cannel city. We like it more cuz its not too crowed. There might be a bug on the bed. we both got bitten while sleeping.(not mosquito) so I recommend to bring some spray for the bugs.

The apartment is near subway, very quiet and convenient. Check in and out was very smooth, and the neighborhood is also good. Although the space is not so big, everything you need are prepared. If come back next time, it would be a good choice. 離唐人町很近，交通便利。入住也非常方便。附近生活機能很不錯，超市走路五分鐘以內。這兩天我們常在此解決晚餐。房東Wil也非常好，入住前，我問了超多問題，但房東都非常有耐心的回答，還讓我們提前。房間雖然小，但小而美，也精緻。所有需要的日用品皆有（洗臉用品、卸妝用品、乳液）。推薦給旅人們。
