The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

In the small cottage, there are 2 day beds that become double beds. Small kitchen and bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, washing machine and dryer. Bed linens, sheets and towels are included. Lush garden with gazebo and several garden groups. Since it is next to a farm, you can hear the sound of farm machinery and the smell and mooing of cows.

Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

The cottage is located on the southwestern side of Öland in the village of Kastlösa. In 10 minutes' drive, there is Mörbylånga with a grocery store and restaurants. To the south, there are excursion destinations such as Ottenby and Ekeborgstorp. Beaches and the sea are only a few kilometers away.

Karlevi is a cozy Öland village located next to the landborgskanten about 10 km south of Ölandsbron. During the spring, the small village street between Karlevi and Eriksöre is a well-visited stretch with its flowering slopes and fragrant lilac bushes. The village is located in the cultivated landscape of Southern Öland, which is a world heritage site.
