Wir waren zu 6 und es war genug Platz für uns alle. Die Zimmer sind super schön und alle mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, die Badezimmer waren super schön und mit Warm Wasser ausgestattet. Eine wunderschöne Küche mit Utensilien zum selbst versorgen, mit Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Anlange hat auch einen Pool und Grill. Zum Vermieter super freundlich ist auf alle wünsche und Anregungen eingegangen, wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre und konnten so gut wie alles machen was wir wollten. Immer wieder

Excellent petit appartement à proximité du centre ville.Un petit jardin où il es paisible de se reposer dans un endroit très calme. Je recommande vivement ce logement,et vous aurez pleins d'indication de la part de votre hôte, n'hésitez pas à lui demander des informations.

Toni and his wife, Paula truly do open their home to guests as this is their home you are fortunate enough to rent which they vacate for the summer to share with visitors. It is clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and great showers and a washer where the sun dries your clothes! The location backs up to the water and a boardwalk which takes you into Old Town Trogir in 5 minutes and also puts you close to tour pick up locations and buses and markets and boat rides and beaches. Toni not only arranged for our transportation from another area of Croatia, but also waited for us outside his house even though it was late at night. He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and better than that, he prepared Peka for us, a traditional meal made in a stone oven in his gorgeous backyard where we could try anything that was ripe! He is a funny, generous host who made our experience memorable. Stay here when you travel to Trogir!

This long-term stay was an absolute gem. Over the past two months, I found exactly what I needed here in Split. The host and their family went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout my extended stay. The location served as a perfect base for exploring the Split area, and the hospitality made it feel like a true home away from home. I particularly appreciated the warmth and attentiveness of my hosts, who consistently ensured my comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend this property to anyone planning an extended stay in Split. Whether you're here for a few days or several months like I was, you'll find yourself in good hands with these wonderful hosts.

We verbleven in dit appartement omdat het dichtbij het vliegveld is, maar ook redelijk dichtbij nationaal park Krka. Achteraf gezien hadden we hier veel langer willen blijven! Het apartment is super comfortabel, schoon en fijn. Het bed lag heerlijk en de host was heel hartelijk. Wij verbleven ook een paar dagen in Split, maar dit is eigenlijk een veel betere locatie (en goedkoper) als je de omgeving rondom Split wilt verkennen. En perfect als je dichtbij het vliegveld moet zijn! Trogir zelf is wat klein maar erg schattig. Het appartement is heel gunstig gelegen, vlakbij de old town en een groot busstation. Oftewel: we raden het appartement van harte aan en willen Zivko bedanken voor het fijne verblijf!

We had a wonderful stay here- loved the village and the local restaurants recommended- Marina is very kind and we were able to do our laundry and have a home while in Croatia- it’s a great central location for activities and sightseeing ❤️🇭🇷 we will be back

A truly beautiful place in Podstrana, the highest house in the location it’s set in, we have felt incredibly lucky to spend ten days at Vinko’s lovely home. The view and terrace space is so beautiful, we didn’t feel like we needed to go and fill our days with activities because it was such an incredible place just where we were! We managed with taxis when we went for meals, never spending more than £10 to visit Split. Vinko was so helpful with recommendations from prior to our arrival all the way through to the end. The inside of the property has everything you need, the space is limited inside but this suited us as we were outside most of the time anyway. Would 100% recommend to anyone seeking a little luxury and relaxation.

The location was great: very close to Split airport and other attractions in the area. We "ubered" to see Mastrinka, the oldest olive tree in Croatia, and then to nearby Trogir. The hostess's dad was welcoming when we arrived; our departing flights were early in the morning and he took us to the airport.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The hosts are so friendly and super quick to respond to any questions - Ivan couldn’t have been more helpful. The views from the rooftop are absolutely breathtaking. The villa has everything you could possibly need, the pool area is amazing, all the rooms are huge with lovely en-suites and balconies, we would definitely book to stay here again. We had an amazing stay at Nikola's place! Great views, plenty of privacy, and the perfect space to enjoy for large groups. Still easy to access other areas of Split via taxi. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Anita and Domagoj are great hosts. We are a family of five adults. We arrived quite hungry and were served delicious sandwiches by the hosts. The place is clean and well equipped. The surrounding scenery is beautiful and peaceful.

The villa is a wonderful retreat to escape daily business. The breathtaking view and the pool are the heart of the modern and clean house. Bernard is friendly, nice, and very helpful in case of special requests. Thanks a lot. The beds are comfy, a/c in every room helps to cool down. The villa is pretty close to the airport, nonetheless, in the house, you almost don’t hear any plane. Additionally, this place is the perfect home base to start exploring the area. Split and Trogir are close by and you can rent boats and have them come to the local harbour for a pick-up. (Kastela Boat Tours, ask for Gordan, ;-). Bernard, thank you for being such an excellent host. We enjoyed our time.

Beautiful place in a wonderful location! They are some of the most responsive, helpful hosts I’ve ever had and were lovely and helpful the entire time. I’d highly recommend this villa to anyone who’d like a peaceful, amazing place to stay in the Split area.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Ivan was incredibly proactive in his communication, ensuring we found the place easily and settled in comfortably. He went above and beyond by greeting us with a delicious meal upon arrival and surprising us with crepes on a rainy day. Their thoughtful gestures made our visit truly unforgettable.

Nous avons passé une semaine absolument merveilleuse dans la villa à Nečujam, organisée par FERIE HOME Agency. L’accueil était chaleureux, la communication fluide et professionnelle, et tout était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. La maison était impeccablement propre, idéalement située et parfaitement équipée pour notre famille. Merci pour votre disponibilité et votre gentillesse — nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Vi reiste med hele familien bestående av 6 voksne og 3 barn under 6 år i midten av april. Ble tatt i mot av Goran i sentrum av nærliggende landsby og guidet frem til villaen.(Ankom i taxi fra flyplassen snaue 20 min. kjøretur.) Goran viste oss hele eiendommen med sitt meget personlige preg og historie. Det er vanskelig å se på bildene hvor flott stedet er og hvilke kvaliteter beliggenheten har! Det er etter vår mening et sted som overrasker både med sin sjarm, eiendommens mangfoldighet og beliggenhet. Vi har gjennom årene leiet mange steder og sjelden har vi funnet noe som matcher dette. Kort reisetid til og fra flyplassen som i seg selv er en meget positiv opplevelse med lite stress! Omgivelsene på øya med variasjon i terreng og opplevelser. Kort vei til alt, også gå avstand til Torgir med mange gode restauranter. Medio april er tidlig på sesong og det meste av lokale barer og restauranter var stengt. MEN, med Gorans unike utekjøkken og grill er det en fryd å lage mat selv! Stor takk!

Apartment very close to the beach. Easy walk to supermarket (500 mtrs) local bar by lovely beach and clear, blue water (300 mtrs). Ferry from Slatine (taxi ride) to historic Split recommend, also Roman town of Trogir, 10 minutes away. Many fab restaurants, markets and sightseeing. Split Airport about 15 mins from apartment so super convenient. Apartment is comfortable with lovely outside space and reasonably priced.

Our stay in Croatia was absolutely amazing - truly better than I could have imagined! The Airbnb exceeded all expectations. It was clean, comfortable, & beautifully maintained, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The host, Ana, was very responsive & helpful throughout our entire trip. Her parents welcomed us upon arrival and were incredibly lovely. They took the time to show us everything we needed to know about the apartment & made us feel welcome right away. We had enquired about a coffee machine, & Ana kindly arranged for one to be brought the very next day - complete with coffee & biscuits, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The location was perfect for exploring the area & soaking in the stunning Croatian coastline. The village itself is peaceful & charming, yet offers plenty of great restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, & cafés. It also has excellent connections to both Trogir & Split. I would love to return & highly recommend! Thank you Ana!

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. Thank you for everything!

Bardzo polecam miejsce i gospodarza, pobyt bez problemowy, zakwaterowanie i wymeldowanie błyskawiczne bez zbędnej biurokracji, miejsce zadbane, okolica bardzo spokojna i cicha, miejsce ustronne pozwalające na pełen wypoczynek, dom w pełni wyposażony posiadający wiele łazienek i aż dwie kuchnie, co spokojnie zaspokaja pobyt 12 osób, w mojej ocenie zmieściłoby się tam więcej osób i nadal byłoby komfortowo. Bardzo polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi czy też grupie znajomych z dziećmi. Willa usytuowana jest w miejscu gdzie łatwo i szybko można zrobić wypad samochodem, ponadto bez problemowo i bezpiecznie można zaparkować samochody w miejscu kwaterunku. Super miejsce dla osób szukających spokoju a jednocześnie lubiących wypady na jednodniowe wycieczki. Polecam w 100%. W mojej ocenie wysoki standard kwaterunku.

This villa is stunning. Quiet and calm neighbourhood. The hosts were available 24/7 via txt. The pool was super refreshing and we had sun from 9am to 8pm. The view is better than the pictures. We had 6 adults in the house and did not feel crowded at all - thanks to the 3 full bathrooms. I recommend a rental car because the villa is high up on a mountain. We drove around to Split quite a lot to do shopping and golf. We also hiked to the Fortica on the mountain. Omis has great restaurants. I would stay here again! Thank you.

Spotless apartment where everything appears to be new. There is a separate washer and dryer. The dryer dries very quickly. The A/C is only in the living room but it easily cools the bedroom if you leave the door open. There are shutters on all of the windows to totally block out the light. The free parking on premises is limited to about 8 cars and was almost always full during our 4 day stay. There is free street parking where the apartment is located and we were able to find parking within a block, so not a big deal. An Uber to Old Town is €5. Our 11 year old son used the sofabed and said it was very comfortable. The main bed was as well. Very short walk to a sandy beach. Great place overall!!

The appartment is nice. We slept very good. The jacuzzi in the garden is a big plus, we stayed in the appartment for 2 days! There is an appartment next to you. In our case there was a group of girls and we didn't hear any noise. We could do our own thing and also have a bit of music. Kristina lives above the appartment and is nearby if you need anything. But they let you have enough privacy. They were very kind and helpful. The beach is nearby also some nice restaurants.
