We had a great stay in the apartment! Vesna was very helpful and welcomed us kindly. The apartment is well equipped and in the middle of the old town of Trogir, despite this it is in a quiet street. Only a little bit of noise from upstairs but this was not too bad. The apartment was very clean and the same as in the pictures! Recommendable!

shannon and ante make an amazing team. beautiful location right next to the water, very friendly locals, ease of access to everything including the beach. Ante had assisted us with a small issue during our stay, and even offered us some local family wine! amazing stay. worth every penny.

We enjoyed staying at Gorana's apartment. It is spacious, calm, clean and has everything you need. The view of the sea is amazing and the pebble beach is a few minutes' walk away. It is a 25 - 30 minute walk into town, but in return for that you get a quiet and peaceful environment. There are several good non-touristy places to eat within 10 - 15 minutes - the Skipper pizzeria, with great views of the marina, is particularly good. The Meštrovic Gallery and chapel are a few minutes' walk away and well worth a visit. Overall, a very nice place to stay on our first visit to Split.

What an amazing stay. I am so happy we chose to stay here rather than in a central Split apartment. Incredible view, lots of fun things to do, gorgeous beaches nearby, lovely people with beautiful gardens in the neighbourhood. I cannot wait to come back! The manager of this apartment is so awesome. She was very flexible with us with checking in, and even helped us with something, responding within 30 seconds of messaging! The view and location are truly worth every penny. Thank you very much!

Honestly one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever experienced! Marina is a great host who was extremely helpful and prompt. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay in Split. Location is walking distance to many restaurants and the pier. There are quite a few stairs to get to the apartment but the view is definitely worth it!! Can’t recommend Marina or this listing enough!

Great location, amazing harbor and islands view from the patio, very walkable to many restaurants and ~20 minute walk into the historic district which you can walk along the beach or a bit more direct along streets. Easy, short walks to multiple beaches both up and down the coast...providing options for quiet beaches or those with restaurants/bars, and activities. Very clean, comfortable, and with a private parking spot. Katarina our Host was proactive with meeting us at check-in, providing local advice and checking up to be sure everything was well...which is was! For a stay in Split, 100% would stay again!!

Jelena is a kind and responsive host. The apartment is spotless, comfortable, she keeps it up so well. There were goodies waiting for us in the room, and she even offers to take you to the airport if needed. The apartment has a nice view of the beach and is only a pleasant walk to Trogir. The house is absolutely stunning and in such a wondeful spot in the bay. We stayed with four friends and had a lovely time. Crystal clear water just a few steps down from the house, large terrace with great views and an ourdoor kitchen. The house is clean and has everything you need. You will need a car to get around but there are shops in close driving distance and a few nice restaurants in walking distance. Tea was really quick to respond and very friendly. We would definitely come back! Thank you, Tea :-)

Siniša apartment was exactly what we needed for a relaxing and peaceful holiday, the apartment is modern, very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We immediately felt right at home. Shops weren't too far of a walk, and anything drivable was easy to get to with Uber. Trogir was easily our favourite place over Split but we found many unique gems walking along the coast. I will definitely book again when I can!

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

We had a fabulous stay at Marina’s apartments, everything was spotlessly clean and it was really well equipped. Marina was exceptionally helpful & responded quickly and allowed us to stay past our checkout time as our return flight was early evening. We would definitely return.

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

We had the great pleasure of spending a week at Dragana’s apartment, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking not only for a comfortable stay but also for true hospitality. Dragana was incredibly kind and helpful – she took care of every detail in the apartment (cleanliness, equipment, a cozy atmosphere), drove us around the city, showed us interesting places, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything necessary – we truly felt at home. It was a wonderful experience, and we’re very grateful for such a warm welcome. We had an amazing week in Seget Donji and at Nikolina's at the end of May. There are only good things to mention about our stay. Very good communication with Nikolina both before and during the stay. Very helpful at check-in. Nice tips and recommendations about the area. The accommodation was great and comfortable, most of our time was spent on the terrace overlooking the sea. Incredibly beautiful! Adjacent to the house, there were several turtles in the garden that the children loved to feed with our fruit and vegetable leftovers. Just a staircase down from the house, you came down to what felt like your own private beach. As well as a beach promenade where there were several other swimming areas to choose from plus restaurants and taxi boat to Trogir. We are super pleased with our stay in its entirety, the desire to return and recommend to others!

The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

This is an exceptional apartment, split over two levels with first floor bedroom and bathrooms and living and kitchen space above, leading to a large balcony. Yes it is set on a hillside and yes the pathways up from the beach are steep, but the view of the whole bay made the climb worth the effort. The apartment is very modern and bathrooms spotless. The pool is a decent size and whenever we were using it we had it to ourselves. Apartment comes complete with James Bond style hatch opening to the rooftop! There was a mix up with check-in but the owner quickly responded to the message on Airbnb and got it sorted. The apartment is possibly the best equipped we have stayed in with plenty of crockery and utensils and chopping boards etc and plentiful supplies of toilet rolls, linen, towels (for bathrooms and for pool). Driving and parking can be challenging. We will miss our evening BBQs on the balcony watching activity on the water and the sun setting. Book now, you won't be disappointed

Great location, only a 15 to 20 min car journey to either Split or Trogir. Lovely home right next to the water. Perfect for a quiet getaway, but easy travel to some of the more touristy areas.

The waterfront apartment in Split is the perfect place for a couple to stay while enjoying a visit to this beautiful, vibrant and historical city. Toni and Helena and wonderful hosts who will answer your questions thoroughly and quickly and will make any recommendations for things to do and places to eat during your stay. The apartment is very comfortable and is furnished with everything you need during your stay. We loved sitting at the little balcony watching the city wake up, the people enjoying holiday life and even a few weddings in the church next door!! Thanks Toni and Helena for letting us stay in your wonderful apartment and helping to make our Split holiday so perfect. We will definitely come back!

We (a couple) enjoyed a great stay of a week at Vjera and Bruno’s new apartment on the doorstep of Old Town in Split. The apartment itself was ideal - in a new building, very clean, well decorated, comfortable king bed, spacious rooms, large closets, strong internet, strong AC units, washing machine, good shower with plenty of hot water, and kitchen with all the utensils we needed. Everything was in full working order. The apartment location was perfect - a 1 minute walk to the lovely promenade and from there a 5 minute walk around the bay to Old Town. The private and secure parking space was very useful for us. All communications were prompt and clear and accurate, with an efficient check-in and check-out process. Bruno provided some really useful suggestions on restaurants, bars, and activities. We strongly recommend this apartment as a great base for spending time in Split and the surrounding area.

I fell in love with Croatia & Kaštel Kambelovac during my 1-month stay at Erma’s. Barbara, who was my support and contact person, was super helpful, especially when I had questions as I began learning my way around on the wonderful bus system. While you cannot see the water at all & there is little direct sunlight coming in (as there is a building acrosss the street that seems to house a preschool), the studio is charming inside (just as it looks in pics), & is only a 30-second walk from a little pebble beach, a long promenade with benches, and a yummy restaurant. Two more blocks gets you to groceries, a town square (popular with locals—not touristy) & coffee/drink bars. I so appreciated access to a bike to explore the waterfront villages in Kaštel, which had more outdoor dining in the direction of Trojir. Easy access to charming walled city of Trojir, much larger Split, & the airport by bus. Tip: I most loved beach bar with trees at nearby Gomilica. Plus be sure to download bus app.

Great location, perfect for a short stay! Located just a 10-minute walk from the city center, it is ideal for easy access to restaurants, bars and attractions. The surroundings are lively, but still quiet enough to relax. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It really had everything you need for a short stay. Absolutely recommended!
