Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Kaštel Novi

Fantastic stay. Lovely welcome from Nikola who also helped us get to the apartment as we were having transport issues. The place was well kept and had everything we needed.. including a few welcome treats from the host. Loved the heated pool, hot tub and sauna which were easy to use. Beautiful views from the pool side. Easier walking down the hill to shop/coast/restaurants than walking back but ubers were quick and cheap. Were recommended some great places to eat locally. Wish we could had stayed longer.. would definitely come again!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la maison de Josip. Le domaine est très paisible sans vis à vis . La literie est confortable et tout est très propre. Nous n’avons manque de rien. Josip a été un hôte très réactif , flexible et très gentil. Nous reviendrons car nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison :)

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

We verbleven in dit appartement omdat het dichtbij het vliegveld is, maar ook redelijk dichtbij nationaal park Krka. Achteraf gezien hadden we hier veel langer willen blijven! Het apartment is super comfortabel, schoon en fijn. Het bed lag heerlijk en de host was heel hartelijk. Wij verbleven ook een paar dagen in Split, maar dit is eigenlijk een veel betere locatie (en goedkoper) als je de omgeving rondom Split wilt verkennen. En perfect als je dichtbij het vliegveld moet zijn! Trogir zelf is wat klein maar erg schattig. Het appartement is heel gunstig gelegen, vlakbij de old town en een groot busstation. Oftewel: we raden het appartement van harte aan en willen Zivko bedanken voor het fijne verblijf!

We had a wonderful stay here- loved the village and the local restaurants recommended- Marina is very kind and we were able to do our laundry and have a home while in Croatia- it’s a great central location for activities and sightseeing ❤️🇭🇷 we will be back

We enjoyed our 6 night stay very much and Paula was very helpful and offered us some good recommendations. We chose the property from the description and images and it was exactly as we expected and fitted our needs really well. It was a short walk to the beach for morning swims and come the evening it was around a 30 minute stroll to some great restaurants. The bus service is close by and frequent if you want to explore on a budget. You can download the Promet Split app for lower fares and activate tickets straight to your phone. Recommended restaurants include Mala Mora in Kaštel Lukšić (right on the waterfront) and Don Dino in Trogir, both serving excellent fare but you may need a reservation after 8:00pm in summer. Both are a relatively short bus or taxi ride. Overall we can't recommend the loction and experience highly enough. Thanks Paula for a wonderful stay!

Wir waren nun mit 5 Personen rund eine Woche in der Villa Mirella und man kann es eigentlich nur loben. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, hat eine wunderbare Aussicht und ist wahrscheinlich insgesamt noch schöner als sie auf den Bildern aussieht. Von Außen schön mediterran, innen modern. Für uns ein perfekter Mix. Bei der Ausstattung, insbesondere der Küche, hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch für Grillkohle/Briketts und Anzünder waren gesorgt. Der Weg zum Strand war über eine steile Treppe sehr schnell zu erreichen. Das Örtchen ist kleiner Ferienort. Mitte Mai war es hier natürlich noch sehr ruhig. Unter anderem wohnen aber auch lokale Einwohner in Ljubljeva, die z.B. ihren eigenen Wein und Rakija anbieten. Mit dem Taxi gelangt man auch ohne Probleme nach Marina. Die Kommunikation lief mit Mario/Bruna ohne Probleme. Viele Tipps und Einzelheiten wurden uns bereits vor der Anreise mitgeteilt. Die Lage des Villa ist perfekt für Ausflüge in den Krka N.P. und Split.

A truly beautiful place in Podstrana, the highest house in the location it’s set in, we have felt incredibly lucky to spend ten days at Vinko’s lovely home. The view and terrace space is so beautiful, we didn’t feel like we needed to go and fill our days with activities because it was such an incredible place just where we were! We managed with taxis when we went for meals, never spending more than £10 to visit Split. Vinko was so helpful with recommendations from prior to our arrival all the way through to the end. The inside of the property has everything you need, the space is limited inside but this suited us as we were outside most of the time anyway. Would 100% recommend to anyone seeking a little luxury and relaxation.

Sehr schönes Apartment genau wie beschrieben. Wir konnten noch spät Nachts einchecken und wurden mit ein paar frisch gebackenen Snacks begrüßt. Da wir eine sehr heiße Woche hatten, haben wir uns sowohl über die tägliche Erfrischung im Pool gefreut als auch von der Klimaanlage profitiert! Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit und können das Apartment nur weiterempfehlen!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The hosts are so friendly and super quick to respond to any questions - Ivan couldn’t have been more helpful. The views from the rooftop are absolutely breathtaking. The villa has everything you could possibly need, the pool area is amazing, all the rooms are huge with lovely en-suites and balconies, we would definitely book to stay here again. The villa is a wonderful retreat to escape daily business. The breathtaking view and the pool are the heart of the modern and clean house. Bernard is friendly, nice, and very helpful in case of special requests. Thanks a lot. The beds are comfy, a/c in every room helps to cool down. The villa is pretty close to the airport, nonetheless, in the house, you almost don’t hear any plane. Additionally, this place is the perfect home base to start exploring the area. Split and Trogir are close by and you can rent boats and have them come to the local harbour for a pick-up. (Kastela Boat Tours, ask for Gordan, ;-). Bernard, thank you for being such an excellent host. We enjoyed our time.

Beautiful place in a wonderful location! They are some of the most responsive, helpful hosts I’ve ever had and were lovely and helpful the entire time. I’d highly recommend this villa to anyone who’d like a peaceful, amazing place to stay in the Split area.

Very clean, even luxurious accommodation. All promised and described things and functions worked and were carefully considered. The service provider communicated and, for example, answered questions quickly and kindly throughout the trip. It is worth having a car, without it being inconvenient, for example, to go to a larger store. We ordered a private chef for one day, and it worked great on the premises with a group of nine people. Both in terms of the kitchen, grill and serving. Clean and comfortable sleeping areas, a large, very functional common area, as well as a courtyard and pool area. BIg recommendation!

Nous avons passé une semaine absolument merveilleuse dans la villa à Nečujam, organisée par FERIE HOME Agency. L’accueil était chaleureux, la communication fluide et professionnelle, et tout était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. La maison était impeccablement propre, idéalement située et parfaitement équipée pour notre famille. Merci pour votre disponibilité et votre gentillesse — nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Lijepo uređen, ugodan i prostran apartman sa jacuzzijem na velikoj terasi. Veliki tv, udobni kreveti, velika kuhinja. Domaćin pružio sve potrebne informacije.

Deux semaines passé chez Jasmin. Super appartement, idéalement situé dans une belle résidence au calme et proche des commodités, avec un hôte au top, très accueillant et disponible. Je vous recommande ce logement pour un séjour sur Trogir.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Roko und seine Eltern waren unglaublich gastfreundlich und herzlich – wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und ideal für uns als Paar. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Den Aufenthalt bei Adele empfanden wir als sehr angenehm und wir wurden super aufgenommen. Sie hat jederzeit auf Fragen reagiert und hatte immer eine Antwort parat. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet in einer tollen Lage. Außerdem war alles super sauber. Jederzeit einen erneuten Besuch wert :)

Vi reiste med hele familien bestående av 6 voksne og 3 barn under 6 år i midten av april. Ble tatt i mot av Goran i sentrum av nærliggende landsby og guidet frem til villaen.(Ankom i taxi fra flyplassen snaue 20 min. kjøretur.) Goran viste oss hele eiendommen med sitt meget personlige preg og historie. Det er vanskelig å se på bildene hvor flott stedet er og hvilke kvaliteter beliggenheten har! Det er etter vår mening et sted som overrasker både med sin sjarm, eiendommens mangfoldighet og beliggenhet. Vi har gjennom årene leiet mange steder og sjelden har vi funnet noe som matcher dette. Kort reisetid til og fra flyplassen som i seg selv er en meget positiv opplevelse med lite stress! Omgivelsene på øya med variasjon i terreng og opplevelser. Kort vei til alt, også gå avstand til Torgir med mange gode restauranter. Medio april er tidlig på sesong og det meste av lokale barer og restauranter var stengt. MEN, med Gorans unike utekjøkken og grill er det en fryd å lage mat selv! Stor takk!

Apartment very close to the beach. Easy walk to supermarket (500 mtrs) local bar by lovely beach and clear, blue water (300 mtrs). Ferry from Slatine (taxi ride) to historic Split recommend, also Roman town of Trogir, 10 minutes away. Many fab restaurants, markets and sightseeing. Split Airport about 15 mins from apartment so super convenient. Apartment is comfortable with lovely outside space and reasonably priced.

Beautiful staying! Martina’s place is peaceful and the apartment was very clean and has a private parking. What’s more her parents are lovely! We have a dog and she gave us advices to find the best beaches where he could have a swim ! Highly recommended !

Ich Ware von den Freundlichen Gastgebern und der Wunderschönen schnell erreichbaren Altstadt einfach sehr begeistert! Die Unterkunft war ein Traum, man hat sich wie Zuhause gefühlt!!!
