Feel the ocean breeze, enjoy a BBQ on the outdoor deck, and relax in a barrel sauna and jacuzzi under the stars. You can access the sandy beach in 2 minutes on foot, and enjoy a variety of activities such as swimming, surfing, and fishing at local surf spots. There are many convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. The barrel sauna and jacuzzi bath can be enjoyed to your heart's content when rented privately! You can also easily rent it. The barrel sauna is 5,000 yen for unlimited use during your stay, and the BBQ set is also 5,000 yen. If you wish, we will provide you with detailed information after your booking is confirmed. We also recommend the spa resort facility "Taiyo no Sato", where you can enjoy natural hot springs (black water), rock baths, and multiple saunas within walking distance. In summer, there is also a rooftop pool It is in a good location about 1 hour and half from Tokyo, just off the toll road IC. We want to regenerate vacant houses and make them a base to convey the charm of Kashiwa! With that in mind, we renovated the space to be cozy while preserving the good qualities of the old private house. There is a yuzu tree in the garden, which bears fruit from summer to winter. We named it "Yuzu no Ie" because it is also familiar to everyone in the neighborhood. ~ Floor Description ~ 1st Floor It was originally divided into 4 rooms, but we removed the walls and made it into an open floor of 20 tatami mats or more.
