The site is 3000 tsubo. 3 minutes from Tomobe ETC. An old house in Kasama where you can barbecue. You can enjoy the outdoors to your heart's content in the large yard. In the spring, you can dig for bamboo shoots. In the fall, you can pick chestnuts. A relaxing space overlooking a bamboo forest while sitting comfortably on the veranda. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. It is about a 15-minute drive to the pottery town of Kasama. There is also a golf course nearby. Also, the highway ETC exit is close, making it easy to access Oarai and Ajiro. Hitachinaka Beach Park is about a 40-minute drive away. It is also an easy route to get to rock festivals. This is an entire place on the shore of a lake with a large garden on the banks of Otsuka Ichi, which is also selected as one of Ibaraki sightseeing.Designed as an architect's home, it's a great view upstairs when you go up the stairs to the entrance. The dining kitchen and the 15 tatami mat living room connected to the bedroom are also great for spacious parties. We have also completed our new room "Kado" from the spring of 2024! You can enjoy the garden, Otsuka Pond, and have a semi-double bed.(Use fee 7,000 yen or more for 10 people or free of charge) There is also a BBQ rental (5,000 yen), so please use the garden too! Access to downtown Mito is also good.
