It is serene, peaceful located 3km from the main road 63 and motorized boats are not allowed on the lake. You'll be surrounded by mature trees and a variety of birds and animals. There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private,clean and comfortable. The house consists of 3 parts - one is occupied by the owners, two (each with a separate entrance and terrace) are intended for guests. There is a green area and a meadow around the house, where there is a gazebo with a barbecue set, a separate place for a bonfire, a wooden playground with a sandbox and a trampoline, as well as a hammock and deckchairs for resting. Here you can: just relax, go for walks (forest), ride bicycles (forest routes), work (wi-fi, fiber optic). The lake is 1500 m away.

You will stay in a detached wooden house separated from the rest of the yard. Pure nature. From the terrace, you have a great distant view of the hilly meadow landscape. There you can also enjoy the sunsets. It is 25 m to the courtyard area, where you can also use the conservatory and the bar as well as the lake terrace. The house is heated with a fireplace, which also supplies the upper floor through air drafts. For this, you have to take care of the lighting.
