Unusual location on the shore of the lake and in the immediate vicinity of ski lifts allows for an attractive leisure time at any time of the year. In addition, thanks to the proximity of the Tri-City agglomeration (about 45 km), it is an excellent starting point.

Upstairs 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed and a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds. The property has parking spaces fenced in by a lockable gate, a separate fire pit, and a large covered terrace. Go swimming, fishing (licence can be purchased in the local shop), boating in the lake (paddle boat provided). Bring your dogs and go forging in the woods. If it's raining, toast marshmallows in the fireplace (there is central heating too!) . Or just sit back, play cards together and enjoy the view of the lake from your armchair.
