I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Kibuye. The place is incredibly peaceful, with a stunning view of Lake Kivu that instantly puts you at ease. It’s the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of nature. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a restful getaway. Watching the lake from the balcony was definitely a highlight. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet and scenic escape.

Andi and Diana are amazing hosts. His property is breath taking with delicious fruit trees riddile the land . The property is clean , green and a connection with nature . When we arrived the fridge already had a few eggs, bread, milk , bananas and coffee to greet us with which was extremely generous. Andi himself was my machanic , photographer and amazing host, providing us with detailed guides and suggestions of different places we could visit before we arrived. I adored my stay here and plan on returning with more of my family. Truly a gem.

Our stay at Hervé's place was really good. The two bedroom house is located next to his own house. It's very clean, quiet, bright. The matrasses were comfortable, bedding and towels new and soft. WLAN works perfectly. He provided eggs, milk, tea, coffee, cornflakes and bananas, which was super helpful. It's a perfect place for a family to stay over on the way to elsewhere or as a base for excursions towards Kibuye.

Beautiful location high on a penisula where you can look out over the water and watch the fishermen paddle in and out. It is quiet, and you can sometimes hear the fishermen sing as they paddle. The facility is beautiful, with a lovely outdoor garden-patio which is amazing. The host Andi (who does not live on site) and the on-site co-host were the most helpful AirBnB hosts I have ever encountered. It is a 7 minute walk to the nearest restaraunt (at a lodge), but we typically took a taxi to more distant locations and sites. Our cohost would cheerfully call for a taxi for us in order to communicate accurately in Kinyarwanda. Eggs, fruit, toast with jam, and coffee/tea are provided. Kitchen is nice and cooking full meals is an option. The hosts can happily arrange boat trips either with a local boat operator or using Andi's super-comfortable house boat-both at a very fair price (cash only). Pre-arrival communicaton was outstanding.

Lovely little hotel, super welcoming staff, great views, well maintained and gorgeous massage. Highly recommend
