The house is located on the outskirts of a residential area in Nättraby, one mile from Karlskrona. Swimming area 2 km, shop 1 km and nature next door. In 2026, new houses will be built about 100-200 meters from the house.

In the house there is a common laundry room that you can use, however you need to book a time and this the host can help you with. The property is centrally located in Karlskrona and is close to grocery stores, the sea, gym, train station, public transport and shopping.

Saltö Guesthouse

Guest house on Saltö in Central Karlskrona (10 min walk to the city center). Has all amenities with kitchen, bathroom incl. washing machine, patio. The guest house is 28 sqm plus sleeping loft. The sleeping loft has a 140 cm wide bed, and the sofa is a sofa bed (160 cm) that can be used. Close to Dragsö Camping, Saltö beach and to the city center. Free parking in the area. Seaside appartment ligger vägg i vägg med värdfamiljens bostad. Här ingår sängkläder o handdukar ”bäddat o klart när ni kommer. Det är en lägenhet med havsutsikt och närhet till naturskyddsområde med vackra stigar. Det finns tillgång till hav med möjlighet att bada 50m från lägenheten. Vi har även en gästsuga på tomten som syns i bild, den heter Panorama archipelago. Våran huvud bostad som ligger vägg i vägg går att hyra när vi är iväg ”Villa panorama” båda går att hyra på Airbnb.

Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”
