Within walking distance is the expansive beautiful beach stretching from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025 we have 4 new nice bikes in the cabin that can be used by the guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in, among other places. Helge Å. The Ravlunda shooting range military facility is some distance away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no business going on. In other periods there may be sounds and bangs from shooting exercises.

Access to garden with several patios, the house is located at a smaller forest area with oaks. Walking distance to grocery store, sea with marina and city centre. Biking distance to surrounding nature and swimming areas. Also downstairs is rented out, possibility to hire the whole house, then we open up between the apartments.

An incredibly nice cabin to stay in. Clean and tidy. Good beds. Nice bathrooms. A great kids room with bunk beds. However, one must be aware of the 9th sleeping place is as one lower bunk bed is 120 wide. but not something we were missing as we were only 8. We had a little trouble finding it despite a really good explanation (I think). But really a nice place and if we are going to those parts again, this would be this cabin I would rent again.

Stayed at Annas place with my daughter and boyfriend for 6 weeks while working in Karlshamn. The house has everything you need to live comfortably and the courtyard is beautiful. The location is perfect right in the middle of Karlshamn close to all shops and restaurants. Still very quiet thanks to the very private courtyard. Easy to find parking nearby. Anna and her family were all very nice and easygoing. Thank you for the wonderful stay, will book again.

Exclusive tranquil villa seaside, boat available

I had a great stay at Helge's house! You can get to the island very easily and free of charge from Karlskrona. The ferry leaves approximately every 30 minutes. The few islanders were all very friendly and always greeted. The small supermarket is really very well stocked and has everything you need for weekly shopping. The house and location are at least as beautiful as in the pictures! You can only feel comfortable, switch off perfectly and forget any stress. Helge is extremely nice and accommodating. A really great host. He even has a newer boat than the one in the photo with more horsepower. I strongly recommend that Helge give a briefing, as it is quite rocky close to the water surface. I had a fantastic time. Good for dropouts, couples or family who can also occupy themselves. Price/performance was excellent!

This home I can highly recommend, private, quiet and safe is a sun feeling, it is here. The accommodation is great with a large comfortable bed and an attached sofa bed. Large bathroom and a fully functioning kitchen. The host couple responds quickly and is helpful. Here we come back. Thank you we had to stay.
