Litet 1800-tals hus i rogivande lantlig miljö.

Idylliskt hus med mycket känsla på vår tomt. Lugnt och naturnära, ändå nära till mycket. 4 st. sovplatser på gemensamt sovloft/övervåning, fullt utrustat kök och badrum med tvättmaskin. Ca. 4 km till bad. 27 km till Kalmar/Ölandsbron 24 km till Mönsterås Här finns sängkläder, handdukar, tvål och toapapper. Städning görs av hyresgästen, annars utgår det en städavgift på 500 sek. Hela huset är till för gästerna och varmt välkomna att använda trädgården med utemöbler, gunga, barnkök och studsmatta.

Ta en paus, varva ner i vårt mysiga gästrum! Naturen & havet utanför dörren. 50 meter ner har vi vår brygga där ni kan inta morgonkaffet. Låna gärna roddbåten för att testa de erkända fina fiskevatten eller låna en cykel för att utforska närområdet. Vandra längs med Kalmarsundsleden och känn den småländska historien mellan stenmurar, hav och odlingslandskap. Soffa/dagbädd som dras ut till en dubbelsäng samt en bred loftsäng med stege. Sängplats till 3 men rekommenderas för 2. Varmt välkomna!

Finns en stor altan på den ogenerade baksidan med utemöbler och kolgrill. Kök med diskmaskin, Micro, kaffebryggare och servis till 12 personer. Ölands djurpark och Coop ligger 12 min från boendet. Tar 14 min till Färjestaden där fler matbutiker och köpcenter finns. Det tar ca 1h 15min till Böda sands camping. Medtag egna sängkläder och handdukar.

This in not an ordinary place to stay. You live just by the ocean in the middle of nature and bird life. Beautiful settings and surroundings. Secluded get away ideal for couples. The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!

Historisk pärla mitt på Öland

Peace and privacy in Norra Bäck, about 3 km from the eastern coastal road. In the centre of Öland, only 20 minutes from the Öland Bridge. Jöns-Lasses is a converted farm named after the carpenter and blacksmith Jöns Larsson. Much has been preserved since the 19th century. Now we rent out so that more people can enjoy this fantastic place. Large lush garden and courtyard and free access to the meadow next to the farm. A real time travel with historical details! Welcome back in time!

Köket är utrustat med kyl- frys, micro, spis, ugn samt övriga hushållsredskap. Badrum med dusch. Härlig Balkong med utemöbler mot lugn trädgård.

Åslemåla, a beautiful place on the country side

A small guest house with room for 4 people, located on the country side. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, toilett, Tv, dvd, play station 3.....if you can not find the second bed room... look again and it helps if you have seen the movie Narnia :)....There is no shower in the guest house, but an out door shower in the garden… also no wi-fi in the guest house. A peaceful and quiet environment in middle of the nature....

Nyrenoverat och enkelt sommarrum på vår 1800-talsgård tre mil norr om Kalmar. Vi erbjuder ett enkelt boende i ett idylliskt småländskt landskap. I rummet finns el, wifi, nyskurat utedass och möjlighet att låna cyklar. Kyl, micro, vattenkokare och kaffebryggare finns. Sex kilometer österut ligger Kalmarsund och köpingen Pataholm. Katt, höns och kossor finns i närheten.

Fräscht nybyggt (2023) fritidshus med egen badbrygga. Huset är ljust och trevligt med badbryggan 25m från huset. Huset har alla bekvämligheter. Utemiljön kommer att uppdateras efterhand med uteplatser och dyl. Vid bryggan finns även en liten roddbåt ifall man vill ta sig en liten tur i den vackra skärgården, kanske vill ni testa fiskelyckan? Hjärtligt välkomna.
