The room is big and feels like home and it is very comfortable to live in as if it were your own home.Surrounded by a quiet residential area, a bit further away from the city but easy to drive, and will consider staying next time!

You can tell that the host goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. From the furnishing to the small bits and pieces like full set of toiletries, fruits and bread, bottled water machine, etc. Although lack of washing machine might deter people from longer stays. Parking is included and if you happen to pay for it in order to leave the carpark, the host will reimburse the full amount. Thumbs up. Guohua Youai Shopping District is literally right around the corner, plenty of local delicacies to sample. It's bustling at night but you don't hear that inside the house. 4th floor has a thick mattress and toilet with showers and bathtub, most privacy out of all floors. 3rd floor is tatami, 2nd floor kitchen and lounge and 1st floor has a toilet with shower and a sofa which can be converted to sofa bed. Ideal for the elderly people. Overall was satisfied with our stay, thank you to the host for the extra effort.

Our family spent a month at this wonderful place. The house is very spacious, has all equipment in the kitchen, nice yard and terrace. Everything was clean. The area is full of nice beaches and surroundings, however a car is necessary. The host was very friendly, gave useful tips and recommendations, always responsive.

The condo was in a great location with many restaurants. We a appreciated the parking space provided.

The most fully equipped B&B I've ever stayed in. Each room has a private bathroom, tissues, hangers, and air conditioning.The shower has enough water pressure, and there is no shortage of hot water for all rooms to use at the same time (very important!) Netflix is already logged in (too thoughtful!), that is, KTV will automatically power off at 10pm to avoid affecting residential areas.Drinking water comes out of the filter, no need to wait, hot and cold.The washing machine is equipped with laundry detergent.I feel that the convenience of these few days is because the store is well thought out. I went to Kenting to play for a whole day and came back super tired. I rested comfortably and watched TV. I really have to give it a compliment!I didn't think about breakfast, and even the breakfast box is printed with the name of the B&B, and the quilt and towels have it too. I really appreciate their hard work in building the brand, very conscientious!What to consider is that the whole building has four floors including the ground floor, and you have to carry your own luggage, and the tallest person will have a hard time.There is also a 15-minute ride to Kenting Beach.Young people are fine!

Everything is okay. All we want in the place we are looking for is excellent. The host is very good and very hospitable. And very kind. All we need and request are all given. We really enjoyed our stay at Rose’s place. The scenery was beautiful and all the beaches and sights were a short drive away. The breakfast the next morning was such a delight. You’ll fall in love with Kenting while staying here.

Great homestay environment is very clean, the only downside is that the TV can't be watched.

The host was super communicative, even picked us up from the railway station and also brought us back on our departure. Located near many restaurants. Very spacious home. It was nice to find this place because it was back to visit family, so it made me feel like home, plus was the washing machine, parking.There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, very convenient! I will definitely stay again if I go back to Taiwan!

The house is beautiful, you can enjoy the quiet atmosphere, and you can use the kitchenware to cook the food you want to eat, and it's also very close to the city!There is also a place for those who drive to park ~ There are three convenience stores within walking distance, and there is a night market on Saturday night! The host communicates quickly and is friendly. I love it!Looking forward to coming back!

We had a great stay at Elaine's resident while visiting Tainan. It's very centrally located and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and bars, as well as street markets. It is also walking distance to some of the key attractions in the city amd a short taxi/Uber ride from the train station. The resident was very clean and spacious, will everything you need for a short stay. Elaine was a great host and checked in via online messaging regularly to make sure we're comfortable and got everything we need. Would highly recommend this house as a base to visit Tainan & Southern Taiwan.

Awesome place to spend a weekend!

It had everything, it was beautiful, parking was easy, the bathroom space was well equipped and very comfortable, recommended!

We had an amazing time here. The beach is abutting the property and the rooftop is a great place to hang out at night. Our host is extraordinarily friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make our experience top notch. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, it's comfortable to live in, you can sing until morning, there are more cobwebs and dust in the corners, and there are underwear left behind by the previous guest behind the second floor toilet door. The environment needs to be cleaner and it will be much better ~ Thank you🙏

This lovely house is perfect for big groups! The building itself is old, but inside is nicely renovated and tastefully decorated. Everything, from the decor to the necessaries provided, are very well thought out and we were pleasantly surprised. The living room on the first floor is such a cozy and inviting space where everyone can hang around. The beds are comfy, and there is a toilet in every bathroom. The only downsides are the stairs being very steep and the location is not the easiest to get to via transport, but taxi in Tainan is pretty cheap. We also liked how the neighborhood is very quiet yet there are many restaurants nearby. It’s a truly local experience, and I would highly recommend this place.

Self-check-in, convenient and flexible; there are various free drinks in the refrigerator, small snacks in the self-service area, and instant noodles (may have been left by previous guests); one car can be parked at the door, making it easy to drive friends.

Comfortable and was a good spot

We had the whole building for our group of friends. Good water pressure, cold AC, Karaoke, good common space, near to the beach & night market. There’s literally nothing to complain about. Thanks Brad for looking after us. Strongly recommended place for big group of friends.
