Spacious hand-carved log cabin by a clear-water lake. A sandy-based good beach that's wonderfully deepening and safe for children. We have a private pier. The cottage has electric heating and a fireplace. Firewood is included in the rental. Outdoor toilet is composting. There's a rowing boat and fishing gear. You can pick berries and mushrooms in the nearby forests. Great nature travel destinations like national parks are a short drive away. Distance from Helsinki, Turku or Tampere about 100 km.

A new log cabin with a beautiful view to a lake

A new, well-equipped log cabin built 2018 with a good access to the main roads and nearby cities. The cabin is located on a hill with a great view to a big lake. The cabin is surrounded by great berry forests, hiking trails and a lake rich in fish. In the cabin you have a wood burning sauna, a fireplace, a grill shelter, a hot tub and a boat. Winter time you can do cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, ice fishing and snowshoe trekking.The nearest ski center is in Sappee (30km)

Villa Korte is cozy and modern Villa on the shore of lake Tömäjärvi. Newly renovated with modern needs in mind will keep you satisfied all year long. You will find king size (160cm) beds from both of the two bedrooms and one pull out couch in the living room. Sauna and shower facilities are located at the other end of the villa with direct access to the terraces, jacuzzi and along the wooden path to the pier. Note! This delightfully atmospheric, over 100-year-old little cottage invites you to stop for a peaceful milieu by nature and indulge in presence alone or together.The ❤️ cottage comfortably accommodates 3-4, but in the summertime, there are also sleeping quarters for three on the cottage. A place in the middle of nowhere, but a human distance away from multiple homes and services. The nearest shops are about a 15-minute drive and public (train) can be reached about 5km from the property.

The Birgita Trail hiking trail and the canoeing trail around Lempäälä run alongside. 2 km to ski trails. 1 km to train station, including to Tampere (12min) and Helsinki (1h20min).
