I like DIY myself, so I renovated it almost by myself while enjoying the nature in Izu on my holidays, and it took about 2 years to finally complete it! I used a lot of wood, so I think you can enjoy the warmth of nature with all five senses. I value the feeling of "living with nature", digging bamboo shoots in spring, making rice from early summer to autumn, and growing natural yams in winter. We offer a stylish house with a private hot spring bath in Koshimadani. It is a 7-minute walk from the Saru-no-Chaya bus stop, making it very convenient. (The front road is a steep slope.) The natural hot spring baths are constantly replenished by the source spring and can be enjoyed 24 hours a day. The hot spring source is Kowakudani Onsen, which is weakly alkaline. We also have a★ BBQ space for your convenience! (We also provide equipment for rent. We will charge you 4,000 yen after use. ) We have introduced a★ bioethanol heater for★ winter only. Please let me know when you use it. We'll charge you 2,000 yen after use. Parking for 2 cars is available on site. It's a 14-minute walk from Numazu Station. There is a Lawson Hondamachi store nearby, which is convenient for shopping. The room is a 6-tatami-mat-sized studio, and it is a bit small for 2 people. There is an all-you-can-ride bicycle, making it convenient for sightseeing in Numazu. Free WiFi is also available. Parking is by reservation only. There is a parking lot for 300 yen a day and a parking lot for 500 yen a day. If it is full, please use the Times Numazu Takashima Honcho shop, where you can park for 770 yen a day. This designer house was renovated in December 2021, and features a Japanese-modern style with a clean atmosphere. In a garden, there is a stone outdoor hot spring bath which provides a relaxing view. If you are lucky, you might catch a glimpse of the beautiful stars.
