Elegant tasteful apartment nice touches like dressing table with mirror storage baskets. Matching mugs my favourite colour too lol Appreciated the water and milk left for me. Felt like i could live there. Lovely security staff felt safe as a lone traveller. I would certainly recommend this apartment to friends and definitely stay again . Ruby and Eddie were incredibly helpful with everything we needed during our stay. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, with a stunning view of the ocean. The pool was large and lovely, also overlooking the sea, with charming hemp parasols that created such a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Honestly, the pictures don’t do justice to how wonderful the area truly is—it’s even better in person! The apartment was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, and then some. We also had a delightful woman who came to clean every second or third day. She changed the sheets and washed the towels, making sure everything was always fresh and spotless. Overall, everything was fantastic, and I highly recommend this place. It exceeded all our expectations!

We spent 3 weeks at this place for my sister’s wedding and the personalised welcome from Madame York and the team warmed our hearts. Truly a very beautiful place that’s had a lot of love put into it. Can’t speak highly enough of Madame York and her team. Modou was always reachable and an excellent communicator whatever issues we had we dealt with. The place is very clean I honestly looked out for roaches and could not find any! The décore is impressive and the kitchen is well stocked. Beds are massive and super comfortable. Place is right on the country’s main highway so there is a bit of noise pollution but the easy access and location made up for that easily for our stay. We felt very safe and the place is definitely secure enough for children and my nephews made sure they got in enough pool time. It’s a place we’ll definitely choose to stay at again.

I have booked one of Pa Ousmans apartments many times. I only book my holiday in the Gambia (28 times now), if one of his places is available. That is evidence enough for my opinion about his offers… I tried some other places before, but nothing was satisfying. Then I found my second home there!😃👍

Lo que digamos en esta nota se queda corto para describir nuestra experiencia en Gambia y en Tedugal guest house. Ha sido increíble y para nosotros ha resultado un gran descubrimiento ya que no sabíamos casi nada de Gambia. Es un país totalmente recomendable, bonito y con una gente realmente excepcional. En Tedugal nos hemos sentido en todo momento como en casa. Todo ha estado genial, es un sitio tranquilo en el que uno puede descansar y convivir con gente de Gambia. Nosotros teníamos reservada la planta superior y de verdad que era como estar en casa porque teníamos nuestro propio lavabo, nuestra cocina y nuestro salón y todo en perfectas condiciones y si había algún problema lo resolvían al momento. Ademas todo el staff es encantador: Bala el director nos ha atendido en todo momento. Aminata, Sainabou, Rooiyyah y Fatou se encargaban de la cocina y la limpieza y tenemos que decir que son cocineras excepcionales. Yussuf y Pa, trabajadores de Tedugal, siempre amables con nosotros. Y finalmente Edu y Bakary, nuestros compañeros y amigos de viaje, que han estado en todo momento con nosotros y cuidándonos para que estuviésemos lo mejor posible. Estamos enormemente agradecidos a todo el staff de Tedugal por haber hecho que nuestra estancia en Gambia haya sido inolvidable y desde aquí les mandamos un saludo con afecto a todos. What we say in this note falls short to describe our experience in Gambia and in Tedugal guest house. It has been incredible and for us it has been a great discovery since we knew almost nothing of Gambia. It is a totally recommendable country, beautiful and with a really exceptional people. At Tedugal we have felt at home all time. Everything has been great, it is a quiet place where one can rest and live with people from Gambia. We had booked the top floor and really it was like being at home because we had our own bath, our kitchen and our living room and everything in perfect conditions and if there was any problem they would solve it at the moment. Besides all the staff is lovely: Bala the manager has attended us at all time. Aminata, Sainabou, Rooiyyah and Fatou were in charge of the kitchen and the cleaning and we have to say that they are exceptional cooks. Yussuf and Pa, workers of Tedugal, always kind to us. And finally Edu and Bakary, our traveling companions and friends, who have been at all times with us and taking care of us to make it our best. We are extremely grateful to all the staff at Tedugal for making our stay in Gambia unforgettable and from here we send a greeting with affection to everyone.

We hebben een week verbleven in de appartement. Ahmed was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Appartement was goed en comfortabel. De enige minpuntje was dat er 1 beveiliging op en aanmerkingen had over mijn 11 jarige zoon die lekker bij het zwembad aan het spelen was. Er verbleven daar meer oudere mensen die de hele dag aan het zonnen zijn bij het zwembad. Er wordt geen begrip getoond (door beveiliging) voor de wat jongere mensen. Die ook plezier wilt hebben. Om die reden zou ik niet nog een keer bij deze appartementen complex boeken. Niets dan positieve ervaring met Ahmed ik zal deze appartement zeker aanbevelen voor mensen die zonder kinderen reizen.

This place is really a very nice place to stay while you visit Gambia, you really get the privacy they promise, a local Gambia family lives at the condo whom are responsible for the security and gardening. Another Gambia guy will pick you at the airport, and he will arrange anything you need, and is also a perfect guide when you want to do a trip. The condo is in Bijilo area, not far from the beach, but a 10 minutes walk is slightly underestimated in my opinion, but the beach itself is very nice, if you want to go the beach once. The Senegambia strip is only a few minutes by taxi. The garden is in good condition, with a swimming pool which is very big and cool and maintained everyday and you don't need to share it with other people. Sunbeds and umbrella's are available, although due to the moving sun we needed to move the sunbeds very often to get into shade, which is no-one to blame I think. The appartement were clean and decently equipped with a bathroom, with toilet, hot water shower and a sink.The bedrooms have enough storage a good bed and air conditioning. The Kitchen is very well equipped, it has everything you need, we even tried the bbq. We didn't meet the host Annie in person since she does not live in the Gambia, but I liked all contact I have had with Annie she provided us with a lot of information in advance, and I felt that she really wanted us to have a pleasant stay and instructed the local team to make that happen, I know she checked with them everyday if we we doing well. I really do recommend this place, I have had a much better experience than staying in a hotel/resort.

As a Gambian it was my first time going to the Smiling Coast. Unsure of my experience had I known my 'Soon to be' family was here, I would have booked sooner everyone was so hospitable and friendly it really has become my home from home.... the neighbourhood is safe and secure and if you need an extra friend Kunene the cat might be around. By Gods grace I look forward to seeing everybody again in the near future.
