For me, the location of the guesthouse is the stand out feature. It is so close to the action yet far enough away to feel really peaceful. The hosts are lovely and always happy to provide local tips and recommendations for food and activities. I work in the evenings and they kindly provided a small desk for me to work from in my room. It is so much easier to work from a desk! The bed was very comfortable. As a side sleeper, I appreciate a softer mattress so I was very happy. The Aircon was great, as were the showers. If you require cooking facilities or a fridge this is not the place for you, however, I very much enjoyed my stay here and I would definitely return.

Overall, we were very satisfied and would happily return for future short trips to Malacca. - Friendly & Flexible Owner: Zamir was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. He made us feel at ease from the moment we booked. - ⁠Smooth Check-In:** The process was effortless and clear. Zamir guided us step-by-step, ensuring a hassle-free arrival. - ⁠Clean & Well-Equipped Studio:** The unit was spotless and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay (toiletries, comfy bed). - ⁠Stunning Pool View:** Waking up to the serene swimming pool view from our balcony was a treat! Be prepared for some bold crows on the balcony – they added a bit of wild charm 😂😂😂, though they might surprise you if you leave food outside. A fantastic choice for couples seeking a clean, convenient, and well-managed studio. The location, view, and Zamir’s hospitality made our mini-getaway memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

The location is really one of a kind unique and so beautiful. During the day you can hear the hustle and bustle of the bakery downstairs, but usually we were not there. In the green bedroom, there is a lot of light and sound from the street. We therefore used the other bedroom. In the evening it is a bit remote and in the dark it looks a bit spooky sometimes. The 3 shower and toilet areas are ideal, but the electricity of the heating elements for the water could be better. The outlets are very close to the shower head. When we went out around the bakery's opening time, there was often already a line of people waiting for the bakery who then tried to enter. That was a little uncomfortable, but you have no other way out. The parking lot was also often full, and the bakery guests parked in the space reserved for the house. Zanne is very friendly and responds quickly.

The place was nice and comfy..it would b greater for family if it equips with microwave, hand soaps and washing machine. However, the host has described it clearly without washing machine and microwave! So no complaint and really worthy the money! Check in was very easy and flexible as well..thank you :)
