Wow what a lovely, tranquil and scenic place this was, from the lovely rooms but more so the sunsets, the animals roaming around, makes the place stand out. my family enjoyed every bit of the accommodation and it's ample provisions and activities close by, so convenient. Lovely place!

We loved our short stay here. The kids spent hours in the two beautiful swimming pools and the adults soent hours watching the different wild life pass through the area. Staffan and the staff team were extremely responsive and nothing was ever a problem.

Such a great cottage. It was super neat and clean when we got there and the staff was super helpful and friendly. We had no trouble communicating. The location is perfect and peaceful and was about 15min to the Kruger Park, which was the reason for our stay. There are a bit of wildlife roaming around and they love vegetables if you would like to feed them. We could easily operate once checked-in with remotes for all the necessary gates. This place is highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

Wow! What an absolutely amazing place and such wonderful hosts. The cabin is well equipped for a self catering stay, we had a braai and fire every evening. Frans and Louis were so genuinely kind and friendly, always going out of their way to help us. Being able to walk out of the property and be in nature, giraffes, zebra and impala just there and to be able to play in the river was amazing. My daughter (nearly 8 years old) didn't want to leave and wants to return!!!

We stayed over at Silke's place for 2 nights. The check-in was a breeze which really helped after a very long day of traveling. The house was clean and our experience overall was lovely. Would highly recommend Silke's place to anyone traveling to the Kruger.

Our 2 nights staying was so quick. It is a veey near distance to drive from the town..but very quiet. My 2 kids, 12 and 9 years old girls were enjoying so much with cute 2 dogs of property. I feel that we went there to meet them. They were good friends for us during our staying. My kids were very sad to leave the farm. It was very surprisingly quite warmer inside of log house. We really wish to come back to stay longer. Their kitchen was very easy to use for cooking. Thank you so so much Charl!

The place is great! Beautiful views and amenities. The house is beautiful and the host has a great taste! Very stylish home! The only downside is the home executive/helper who is very casual in ensuring the place is cleaned properly for the next guests… but otherwise beautiful memories were created at this listing! It was FANTASTIC indeed!!! me and my friends would, given an opportunity… boom this listing over and over again!!!

Amazing place to unwind and detach from the real world. Rustic and quirky just how we like it !! It was truly memorable experience!! ♥️ We got slightly lost first time finding it but all good after that…would recommend an suv for ground clearance if staying here, we had a normal car 🙈 Hope to return someday in the future

As our first stop in SA it was perfect. The person that took care of us was really sweet. The property is really quiet and feels safe. It was also way bigger than we thought !
