The new kitchen is fully equipped (Senseo coffee maker). The bathroom with shower and whirlpool invites you to relax. For electric cars, there is a wallbox for charging.

In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. Relax in this special and quiet space. The building is refurbished and state-of-the-art equipped. On about 55 sqm with open living,- kitchen area , enclosed bedroom and a large bathroom with shower. In the living area there is a pull-out 2 sofa. Living in the loft in a historic building of the old Friedrich Heinrich mine on the grounds of the LAGA 2020 in the middle of the countryside. Very centrally located near the A57, in 30 minutes to Düsseldorf Airport or Messe Düsseldorf.

There is only cold water in the kitchen; warm water can be fetched from the bathroom right next to it. The apartment is quiet and centrally located, with a magical bathroom including corner bathtub, underfloor heating and towel rail heating. There is also a free parking space right next to the apartment (please drive slowly because of our deaf cat) and access to the garden. The bed is 1.40 m wide and the extended sofa bed is 1.20 m wide. WLAN and LAN are available.
