Cottage vacation rentals in Kamouraska Beach

We had a great stay. The house is conveniently close to downtown Baie-Saint-Paul and an easy drive to Le Massif. This is the second year we have stayed here. The kitchen is well-equipped. The fireplace and hot tub are great to have. The beds are very comfortable. We will be back.

Our stay at Alex’s place was wonderful. Six adults enjoyed our the absolutely charming house with plenty of privacy. Each couple effectively had a floor to themselves, but there were great spaces to be together as well. We were 15 minutes from old Quebec, 10 minutes from Montmorency. The house was perfect for our group, beautifully old world charming. Parking was easy and Alex’s communication was superb: he was very responsive and clear. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Un endroit magnifique et des hotes merveilleux. Des superbes vacances dans un endroit enchanteur avec vue epoustoufflante sur le fleuve. Pres de Quebec, du village, parfait sur tout les points. Nous y retournerons tres certainement

Nous étions 13 personnes lors de notre séjour, ce qui comprenait 4 adolescents. Le fait que chacune des chambres disposaient d’une salle de bain était un énorme avantage. On s’est tous senti super bien dans la maison. On ne s’est pas marché sur les pieds, on a pu faire nos repas en une seule tablée. Un matin, on a pu se rassembler dehors pour manger tranquillement notre déjeuner. Les lieux sont superbes. Le cachet de la maison est fabuleux. On en aurait même pris plus longtemps tellement qu’on y était bien. Ce fut un week-end magique. Je recommande à 100%!!!

Beautiful chateau with a stunning view of the fjord and lots of room for everyone. Large kitchen, lovely balconies and a great jacuzzi. Note that the upstairs bedroom can sleep 7 comfortably but it is more or less one big room with an alcove where two of the beds are a bit separated but not really in a separate bedroom. This was not a problem for us - we are a family of 4 and each person had their own completely private bedroom but is worth noting for larger groups. Also air conditioning is only in the living room - this was also not a problem as the nights were wonderfully cool and we just opened the windows, but might be challenging in hotter phases of the year.

Eric and Natali's cottage is ideally located for swimming, kayaking, boating, etc. on beautiful Lac Baker. Although the location is tranquil, it is also convenient - 15 minutes or less drive from several area markets and within day tripping distance of many interesting sights in the area. The cottage has lovely indoor and outdoor areas to sit and relax while enjoying the views and intermittent serenades from the loons. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the chairs and sofas offer many sitting/lounging options to satisfy everyone. We especially enjoyed having access to the kayaks and watching sunrise and sunset over Lac Baker. Thank you for hosting us, and we look forward to visiting again!

Nous avons fait un agréable séjour en famille! Tous y ont trouvé leur compte! L’environnement immédiat est tranquille et champêtre. Geneviève a été d’une grande aide lorsque nous avons eu besoin d’elle, même un 31 décembre au soir!

Dès qu’on arrive, on se sent comme chez soi à La Verte. La maison est très coquette. Tout était impeccable. La vue est magnifique, même avec le mauvais temps! Merci à Karine et à Patrick de nous permettre de profiter de ce bel endroit, en toute tranquillité. (Un merci spécial de la part d’Albus, qui a adoré les petites attentions pour lui.) C’était une agréable fin de semaine!

Brilliant stay as we enjoyed four nights in this little slice of heaven, just 25 mins from Quebec City. It rained the entire time - and we didn’t mind one bit. Exactly as described, we had no problem putting up our feet and soaking in the surroundings. Best soft serve we’ve ever had at the nearby Chocolaterie de l'Île d'Orléans (two min drive?). Also recommending walking along the beach areas when the tide goes out. A full drive of the island is mandatory imo and we also enjoyed a hearty lunch at Le Moulin de St-Laurent. Sebastien was the consummate host. Five stars all around.

Ce chalet est idéalement situé devant le fleuve, avec une rue très peu passante à l’avant de la propriété. Nous avons adoré observer les changements de paysage au gré de la météo et aller se promener sur la plage. Le chalet est très spacieux, décoré avec goût et bien équipé.

Belle maison charmante avec beaucoup de cachet. Située sur une route rurale, on entend les oiseaux, le terrain est beau (même la possibilité de cueillir de l'origan bio !) Salles de bain propre et douche avec une bonne pression. Plusieurs ventilateurs sur place, ce qui est apprécié avec la chaleur. Nous étions dans la saison des coupes de foin et de l'épandage de fumier, donc quelques bruits et odeurs, mais ça vient avec le fait d'être en campagne. Tout comme la présence de quelques fourmis, rien de majeur, mais on en voit passer. En quittant, il est demandé de faire la vaisselle, mais probablement que les précédents locataires n'ont pas été super assidus, plusieurs couverts et ustensiles très sales.

Francois' place is absolutely fantastic! Right by the lake, you can find a very calm and private escape. The chalet was spotless, and Francois was incredibly responsive and gracious throughout our stay. Our visit was brief, but we truly enjoyed it and would highly recommend this place!

Superbe maison ancestrale dans un lieu enchanteur. Maison spacieuse et chambres comfortables. La cuisine est bien équipée. À environ 5 minutes de la SEBKA et la Tête d’Allumette, parfait pour voyage de grimpe!

Port-au-Persil est un endroit prisé dans la région à mi-chemin entre La Malbaie et Tadoussac. La maison nouvellement rénovée avec soin et intelligence pour accommoder les voyageurs est donc bien située. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous étions des grands-parents voyageant avec une petite famille de 4 et nous avons été très confortables. Brigitte a été une hôte exceptionnelle. Nous louons souvent sur Air BnB et la Maison du Capitaine est l'une de nos locations la mieux adaptée à nos besoin. C'était chaleureux, tout en nous laissant de la place pour nous installer comme si on était chez soi!

Our crew has stayed here twice while doing work in the area and had great experiences both times! The place id great and the hosts are super responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

We had a pleasant stay at the Sacré-Coeur cottage which was true to the photos. The view over the Saguenay River Fjord was spectacular during all types of weather and tides. The Anse de Roche cove was intriguing as it constantly changed. The cottage was ample for the two of us with kitchen, bedroom and bunk alcove. We spent most of the time on the deck overlooking the water. We went for a hike on the Saguenay Fjord trail which is a mere five minutes away and went into Tadoussac for a whale tour. Both were wonderful. This cabin was a great base for these activities; Claudie was a responsive host, and the cottage fit our needs.
