It was a comfortable stay. We stayed with 2 adults and 1 one-year-old, and we were very grateful that it was spacious enough for the child to move around. I used the kitchen without any particular problems. Messaging before and during the stay was very smooth and there was always a quick response.Thank you for your courtesy.

I think this is definitely the right choice if you're staying in Kinosaki Onsen.Of course, I think staying at a ryokan would be a great experience, but... I invited friends from overseas to stay, and it was a great choice to use this place. ★Full marks in everything!However, as a particularly impressive recommended point, Excellent access to Kinosaki Onsen's outdoor baths and walks And yet, it's in an area that's not too noisy, and it's quiet at night.Sense of privacy◎ Fully equipped with parking, easy to park. The monorail is also right there!The access is excellent, so you can enjoy a walk to the summit while there are few people The kitchen is easy to use and easy to cook in The bath at the accommodation is also quite nice There is also a very nice inn for groups right there!So, if you can use the private baths there as well as the public outdoor baths, it will be an even more special stay! It's like a very nice inn managed as a private inn... I guess it's good for groups?So, it's very clean like a ryokan, fully equipped with amenities, and the bedding is very comfortable. There are also nice bars nearby, The cherry trees are beautiful from the window of the room, The surroundings are convenient, but it's just after the people have left... I stayed with 20 people on a seminar trip. Before the stay, they handled questions about the accommodation thoroughly, which was very helpful. Even if I actually used it, it was well equipped, and I was satisfied with the inconvenience. If you have another chance, thank you.

Not only was it well cleaned, but it was fully equipped and I had no inconvenience. I used a cottage on a trip to Wakayama before and it was great, so I was looking for a cottage again this time.It had four beds, an open-air bath, a sauna, and a veranda for stargazing, but the price was about three times more than the cottage, so I think the cost performance was somewhat poor.

Thanks again! They handled things very kindly, such as letting us use the hot springs at the inn. In addition, the surrounding environment such as the coast and the accommodation were very clean and pleasant to use. I'd love to stay there again if I get the chance!

I used it on a family trip with my parents, brother, and sister. There were 9 people from 3 generations, but there were 2 bedrooms and a Japanese-style room, so we could use it spaciously. The living and dining area is divided into half tatami and half wooden flooring (there is also a pellet stove in the tatami area!)It was very easy to use even though the snow tends to get your feet wet, and the tables were set at the same height, so it was convenient when eating. Also, the water area and bedding were very clean and pleasant. The pizza shop and fresh fish shop introduced at check-in were both very delicious and recommended!

We used it as a large group of 10 people, but the room was spacious and we were able to have experiences that are usually not possible in ordinary inns, such as table tennis and darts!!The BBQ was also successful, and the bathroom was very clean and very comfortable to use. Also, the landlord was polite and very good.It was a great graduation trip!Thank you so much!

This was by far our favorite place we have EVER stayed. The home was beautiful and had so many details that made it special. Christian was a phenomenal host with great recommendations. The kaiseki meal he recommended was our favorite dinner in japan, because of him we tried things we would not have been able to experience otherwise. Book this place. You will never want to leave. There is a train station close that makes it easy to get to kyoto center and travel to other towns.

Truly recommendation this place as it has been such a wonderful, wonderful stay here with Takao-san and Kayoko-san! Thank you for the great recommendations for food and places to see! We enjoyed every moment of our time in your house, it was so clean, beautiful and comfortable and felt just like home. We will miss Kayoko-san's delicious cooking and Takao-san's patient guidance! Besides the stay, they also took the time to introduce the city and make sure we were comfortable—our time with them was truly the highlight of our trip. Thank you so much for being so kind to drive us to dinner and to the station, the experience here truly went above and beyond!! Thank you for your care 🌷 we hope to be back again!

It was a very clean and cute room. It was lovely to feel the owner's attention to detail. The dishes were lovely. The environment was also very good, and the air and water were good, so my hair became silky smooth. There were also lots of toys, which made my daughter very happy. The owner was also very nice and very friendly.

Beautiful Japanese house in the country. We used this as a home base to explore the Tango peninsula. The house was spotless and very different from what we’re used to as foreigners, but very cool to experience. The town is great but it seems like the two izakayas in town are always closed, so we had to venture out to get dinner. Someone, maybe the cleaner did come into the house while we were out and we didn’t receive any notice or anything.

A covered wooden deck extends from the building, offering a sheltered space. The surface is made of planks, while a mix of gravel and pavement is visible nearby. The view includes a rain-soaked street, with trees and houses in the distance.
