Entire building rental/Parking/5 minutes to Kobe Station/Discount for consecutive nights/Sannomiya, Himeji Castle nearby/Full kitchen/Washing machine/5 beds/Spacious art space

"Hotel New HIOK" An old miscellaneous building nestled in the corner of the city, close to Kobe Station. There was a space there that was ruined and not used for a long time. At first glance, I felt the potential and eyes of the place where I finished my role, Nishimura, a "abandoned house regeneration architectural group" based in Kobe. The "Artistic Hotel to Stay", which they created with the concept of "secret urban base", opened in August 2023. Total area is 93 ㎡.Renovated an entire 3-story building. * The hotel part is on the 2nd floor, 3rd floor, and rooftop Because of the living space on the second floor and the bedroom separate structure on the third floor, it can be used spaciously for couples as well as families and groups. The interior utilizes the texture of the concrete and the open space with the ceiling pulled out.The exterior exterior is an unimaginable stylish design to stimulate your sensibilities. There is also an island kitchen with a huge one board. It is also a great place for small events. Notably, the open rooftop space should be noted.Wonderful morning coffee overlooking the hustle and bustle of the city is the best. Enjoy a special Kobe experience in a corner of the city.

BBQ with a view of the temple on a private wooden terrace! Entire rental country stay/Stay TAKA "Monzen"

[Stay × TAKA "Monzen" is not just a private lodging!] The wooden terrace was completed through all three workshops Once a month, we hold a renovation and DIY workshop for old houses, where we make frames for tatami beds, Japanese-style chairs in the guest rooms, and a wooden terrace behind the main house... People who like old houses, people who like DIY, people who want to move to Taka Town, Hyogo Prefecture, and various other people come together to revive and utilize old houses while deepening exchanges. ---------- [Normal accommodation is OK! Moving experience is also OK!] Taka, Hyogo Prefecture, is a small town without a train station, but recently, more and more people are moving from urban areas. The organization that runs Stay × TAKA "Monzen" is a general incorporated association that works to promote migration and settlement through the revitalization and utilization of old houses in Taka Town, and to create a place for people to interact with each other. So, you can use it not only for regular stays, but also as a base for medium to long-term relocation experiences (^ ^) If you visit Taka Town, you will surely understand its charm! We await your visit.

Home in Miyazu

A building where you can stay while feeling the region

A property that had been vacant for about 3 years in the "Kami-Miyazu" area, which boasts countryside scenery and is about a 10-minute drive from the center of Miyazu, was renovated into a private rental accommodation. It is 10 minutes to the sea, 15 minutes to Amanohashidate, and 45 minutes to Ine no Funaya. It is not a particularly beautiful facility, but you can spend a relaxing time unique to the area. Basically, we don't serve food, but if you'd like, you can book a breakfast onigiri set at the nearby onigiri cafe, which is limited to our facility (for a fee) We can also introduce you to local people, BBQ, harvesting experiences, e-bike tours in the area, and more. Please check with me in advanced. BBQ is also available for rent as a set for ¥2,200. (Chairs, stove, charcoal, lighter, from preparation to cleaning up) Food is not included. Please bring your own. We do not allow BBQs outside of rentals. In the garage, in addition to BBQ, you can do bicycle and motorcycle maintenance without getting wet from the rain. You can store it in a locked building, so you can travel around Tango with peace of mind. Parking is available right behind the facility.
