People who like old houses, people who like DIY, people who want to move to Taka Town, Hyogo Prefecture, and various other people come together to revive and utilize old houses while deepening exchanges. ---------- [Normal accommodation is OK! Moving experience is also OK!] Taka, Hyogo Prefecture, is a small town without a train station, but recently, more and more people are moving from urban areas. The organization that runs Stay × TAKA "Monzen" is a general incorporated association that works to promote migration and settlement through the revitalization and utilization of old houses in Taka Town, and to create a place for people to interact with each other. So, you can use it not only for regular stays, but also as a base for medium to long-term relocation experiences (^ ^) If you visit Taka Town, you will surely understand its charm! A building where you can stay while feeling the region

A property that had been vacant for about 3 years in the "Kami-Miyazu" area, which boasts countryside scenery and is about a 10-minute drive from the center of Miyazu, was renovated into a private rental accommodation. It is 10 minutes to the sea, 15 minutes to Amanohashidate, and 45 minutes to Ine no Funaya. It is not a particularly beautiful facility, but you can spend a relaxing time unique to the area. Basically, we don't serve food, but if you'd like, you can book a breakfast onigiri set at the nearby onigiri cafe, which is limited to our facility (for a fee) We can also introduce you to local people, BBQ, harvesting experiences, e-bike tours in the area, and more. Please check with me in advanced. BBQ is also available for rent as a set for ¥2,200. (Chairs, stove, charcoal, lighter, from preparation to cleaning up) Food is not included. Please bring your own. We do not allow BBQs outside of rentals. In the garage, in addition to BBQ, you can do bicycle and motorcycle maintenance without getting wet from the rain. You can store it in a locked building, so you can travel around Tango with peace of mind. Parking is available right behind the facility.
