Because it is close to the Shinkansen, there is noise and vibration every time it passes. It may not be suitable for those who are sensitive to sound. (It is quiet because it does not operate from 11:40 pm to 6:20 am) If you are staying with 2 people, you can have separate bedrooms. Or you can combine two single beds to make a double bed. This is a small, private rental inn in the historic and quiet port town of Shinoura, where you can stay reasonably. The host renovated the house where they spent every summer vacation as a child and opened it in January 2026. It is conveniently located 2 minutes on foot from the bus stop along the sea and 1 minute on foot from the convenience store, making it the perfect base for walking around Isanoura. From the 2nd floor, you can see the calm waters of the Seto Inland Sea and the nearby islands. There is also a workspace where you can work on a PC with Wi-Fi, and it is recommended for workations.
