The hotel part occupies the low floors from 0 to 5, the private flats are located on high floors, which guarantees a direct view of the beach and the sea. The complex is situated in the first line of the coast, right on the beach. It is a 10-minute walk to the centre of Miedzyzdroje via a footbridge along the dune. There is a swimming pool complex and a saunarium and spa.
