Homestays in artistic studio & Retreat 2F (BFincl)
I thought it was amazing that they created it themselves in a very unique space. It was lovely with lots of old furniture and tools. On the day I was taken care of, Oiso City and the book market were also held, and it was also the venue for the book market, so it was crowded with various people. Ikuko's rice was very delicious, and at night, it felt magical to see the trains running from the dining room. I heard about Ikuko's other homes and wanted to try them too. This was the first time I talked to a host and had a meal together on Airbnb, and it was so much fun that I want to travel to various places on Airbnb. Thank you for everything, Ikuko.

Double Room West : Kamakura International House
Thank you Koji-san for a pleasant stay! The place is a bit far from most tourist area, being located in residential neighbourhood but the quiet place and the host makes up for it by picking us up from Kamakura Station and dropping us to Fujisawa Station when we asked. Definitely recommended to those staying in Kamakura. Although the narrow staircase to room might be challenging to some older adults or others with difficulties so take note. Koji also provides private tours in Kamakura if you inquire, which is good for families.

Healing House at relaypoint from 東京 to 鎌倉&江の島&箱根
Such a great home and the kindest family! The bedroom has a stunning view and the garden is gorgeous. I am sure I will visit Ayako and her lovely home soon again!

A cute room in a house in a quiet residential neighborhood with a quiet dog and cat, breakfast included, and you can also go sightseeing in Yokohama at night with the host
I had a wonderful two-week stay at Kumiko and Hirokazu’s Airbnb. They’re kind, engaging hosts who speak good English and are happy to chat about a variety of topics. I was picked up and dropped off at the bus station, and Kumiko even gave me rides to nearby stations when it fit her schedule. Upon arrival, I received a helpful guide with instructions and tips on local sights. The home is spacious and clean, with shared facilities that felt far more comfortable than a typical hotel. I also enjoyed spending time with their sweet pets. Fast Wi-Fi and streaming services were a nice bonus. Machida is a pleasant city, well-situated for day trips to Tokyo, Kyoto, Kanazawa, or Mt. Fuji. Most of my questions were easily answered, and I received great recommendations for places to visit. Extras like access to an e-bike, basic groceries, and the option of delicious home-cooked Asian dinners (for a small fee) made the stay even more special. The value for the money here is incredible!

Modern, clean japanese guest room
Mr. Takase's family is very welcoming and attentive, his home is very clean and tidy, exactly as described in the photos. Takase's house is very nice and clean,he is also a very warm host,he picked us up at Totsuke station and provided a lot of advice for Yokohama's schedule, he also picked us up when we were back at home.we had a comfortable time with them, every morning we had an awesome breakfast and thank for his wife gave us an wonderful experience of wearing beautiful kimono. It was so happy to talk with Takase. If you wanna have a trip in Yokohama, this is a very very good choice living here,

Modern room in a house in a quiet residential neighborhood with a quiet dog and cat, with a host and Yokohama night view photo tour, breakfast included
Kumiko is a wonderful host who will help you with anything you need, whether providing snacks, taking you to and from the station, or helping with suitcases. The place is very clean and the location is a great location that you can easily travel anywhere to. Her two pets make the stay a 12/10 as well

Japanese Room North : Kamakura International House
Koji-san is an absolute gentleman to pick us up and spend his time with us, and also customize the food items according to our preferences. He is really full of knowledge and experience. He understands the situations well and can share very good information not only about the environment, localities but also about the global level affairs. Veethy-san, is very sweet, kind and helpful to spare her time to show local stations and recommendations for spotting Fuji san, trek spots and talk about history. They are a polyglot couple with lot of experiences, friendly attitude and caring nature. We would definitely love to visit again and recommend everyone to stay here at least once if visiting Kamakura.

B&B 3mins “Kamakura-koko mae” Tatami roon #101
I had an incredible stay here. The location is super convenient—just a short walk from the Enoden line—which made getting around really easy. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The host was warm and polite; even though I was only there for two nights, we ended up chatting and sharing a drink on the second evening, which was a great touch. Everything was perfect, and I’m already planning to visit Kamakura again soon—I’ll definitely stay here again!

Great value single room/Private lodging where you can stay like a local, walk & play in Kamakura/Japanese breakfast included
Kimie was a wonderful host. The food was delicious and on Wednesday nights she feeds the children who need a good meal. It was the most friendly environment I've been in. Easy walk to Kamakura town and train station. I will definitely return.

[Morning with food] Hakone Do-no-juku "Katsura"
The food and the room were very satisfactory. It was my first time using it, but it was an explanation of the access to the inn, and the communication after I arrived was very polite and pleasant. I would like to stay again if I have a chance.

Ocean view Japanese experience stay 1h fromTokyo
In short it was a very satisfying experience. House and gardens are tastefully made. Cups and plates are carefully chosen. Equipments and amenities are of good quality. The space design harnesses the ocean view and presents it in a less noisy frame. In the same space opposite ocean you get a picturesque garden view. Strong natural elements meets man-made tranquility in one room. It’s hard to beat. Nobu San was making great effort to make sure we felt comfortable of him being the house master. He did everything, driving, ordering food, arranging meals, etc. The dinner we ordered was quite excellent as well. Thanks to the chef in collaboration. This might be the best small house along kamakura coast. We highly recommend it to others.
