It is a large pure Japanese-style villa in a quiet residential area on a hill close to the sea.As a general rule, we offer one "occupancy use".There are two rooms (guest rooms), one guest room for regular guests (the tatami mat), and a guest room 2 (upstairs) for special guests such as long-term stays.Long-term stays include weekly discounts of 15% and monthly discounts of 33%.(As a general rule, long-term users are not allowed to use short-term spots during their stay) This private lodging is prohibited or non-smoking.There is no TV.Wifi is available for free.Because it is a Japanese-style room, there is no key in the room.If you apply in advance, we will provide a free parking lot (for one car) during the stay period.The host does not have a cooker's license, so we provide retort food for breakfast that doesn't require cooking such as curry rice, cup noodles, toast, and potage soup.Feel free to use the kitchen and cook for yourself.If you want, you can do your laundry for self-service if you want.

Samurai Guest House Irodori Kamakura - Built in 1994, an old house in Kamakura Japanese-style room 2nd floor Room B (Bun)

This is a room called "Fumi" (Fumi, Room B) on the second floor of a 94-year-old house. It's 8 tatami mats. It is located on the left after going up the stairs on the second floor of the old house. Inside, there is an old desk called a "fuzukue" that Kamakura writers and scholars used to use. The building is classic and retro, so it's used for filming, Idol photo books and idol groups It's also been used in music videos. The room has tatami mats and classic lighting, Kiridansu There are ancient books such as those by the Kamakura writer, Daibutsu Jiro, and Muro Saisei. There is a sofa by the Japanese-style tatami mat window, so you can relax.The lattice-patterned polished glass gives it a vintage feel of the early Showa period. A house where you can stay like a local. We have five rooms available, a typical Japanese family home. In addition to this room, there are great value single rooms, small double rooms, bunk bed rooms, and queen size bed rooms. Every Wednesday, the children's cafeteria opens in the cafe space, so anyone can have dinner for 500 yen. The friendly and talented owner will prepare a traditional Japanese breakfast for you. (Note) The building faces the bus street, so there is vibration and noise. If you are sensitive to this, please consider this before making a reservation. Also, because it is a normal private house room rental, the walls are thin and privacy like a hotel is not guaranteed.
